Re: Bachelor Canada - Season 2 - Tim Warmels - *Sleuthing - *Spoilers* - *Speculation* - Trisha
I have so many scenarii in my head right now. The craziest is that he let go the wrong one and once he is back to Toronto realized it (Tim crying). We saw it with Jason Mesmick, we saw the Blake, why not Tim? He said that he was very free to break the rules his season.
For me, considering the production pressure, the exhaustion, the romantic exotic places and most of all the lack of real quality time to know each of the last 2 women... it is a miracle that the couple remain together and marry. We know that right?
My gut feeling says Trish but is she too easy to catch or not. Yes she says that her heart says ILY and head says it is crazy but it will only take Tim saying that she is the one, for her to jump the fence.
April, for me, reminds me of a little rabbit. You think she is easy but she run away each time you want to catch her. Men love that. They are hunters.
At the end of the day, does Tim want to be a protector and make sure to always be the gentle companion to April or does he want an equal partner with no extra special care besides the usual respect etc.
Men think differently so at this point, I am not sure.

Just to clarify, the scene of Tim crying and saying via voice-over that he has lost love, that scene was in Calgary and he wore the exact same clothes as he wore meeting Lisa when he let her go. We sleuthed and confirmed the location, the bridge that he is on crying was in Calgary where he met Lisa, not in TO. So even though that scene won't have anything to do with Toronto (and I doubt we will ever see it since they are in Moorea now), Tim could still have a Mesnick.HEA wrote:I have so many scenarii in my head right now. Onto your other points, I can definitely see how Trish would be a great fit for Tim. Less of an emotional rollercoaster to be sure and more laughs and fun-loving and that is so important long term when the romance and honeymoon phase dissipate. I could see Trish being both a best friend and a life partner. Either way, he has two great choices for himself. Will be exciting to see who the one is. I have had my pick and haven't changed it as yet but still support Tim and who he picks in the end matters to me most, it is his life and his heart. Hope he finds happiness and love and so do Trish and April

I can see your thought process.....but because you also look at the edit....you see in that scene in Calgary and him crying that he is wearing the same clothes as with Lisa. I think it could be reasonable that he did care for Lisa and it hurt him and that his trust was so broken which is a big think to him, he did state with Sachelle he has been cheated on before. So the tears might indicate the level of his feelings for her.....if that didn't happen I ask myself would she have been one of the F2 and not the two we have now.??????

Re: Bachelor Canada - Season 2 - Tim Warmels - *Sleuthing - *Spoilers* - *Speculation* - Trisha
It is a possible theory but I think if he cared about lisa that much, he would have pushed to have a one-on-one way before the hometown (not saying about Lisa's parents last minute cancellation which was totally not respectful IMO). I understand that once there is a doubt, it is difficult to get rid of it and it can build up with time to the point where you see only the bad sides. Plus he could have asked the production the truth? I mean, I would have. I am sure the girls had a handler with them. I would also have asked other girls version on top of sachelle... if he cared that much. He was attracted to the tomboy no high maintenance kind of girl... which makes me think April is the total opposite (feminine, fragile, etc). However, I do not deny Tim's real attraction to Lisa but along it became a crush, nothing more. Before the walk in the park, Tim knew already what he had to do. If he cared about her, he would have listen and ask specific question but he could not rush enough the meeting and move on.
Tim crying could be about also sachelle. We all saw the friendly connection and he knew she fell for him. Unless he was totally blind, sachelle was quite easy to read. If we follow the logical trip from TO to Vancouver, the rose ceremony was near...
Thank you for your clarification that tim's was not in TO. I missed this part.
okay, maybe too stretchy here.

So since I am bored I thought I would continue with my comparison stuff. I have always stated that I am TeamTim so as the lead I think his blog is the only blog to take merit from. So, with that in mind I am going to compare and take a look at each blog and document what has been mentioned in his blog about each one of the final 2 or their dates.
Tim's Blogs
Episode Week 1- First RC "Unforgettable Night"
Nothing
Episode Week 2 - "Let the Dates Begin"
Dragon Boat race - "The dragon boat race was amazing and so much fun. I just hope the ladies had fun, too! They all definitely worked hard, and my evening with the winners was as magical as the Chinese Gardens surrounding us. I got to know some of the women a lot better and there were some surprises, too...some ver welcome surprises.....(??TRISHA)
Photoshot - The photoshot was on of the wildest days of my life. It was long, exciting, and emotionally tough - mostly because it reminded me of how much everyone had invested to be a part of this unique experience to find love.
(Sonia, Kiss Nat) Sitting on the moped with April Brockman was a very cute moment, and it was unusually comfortable being that close to her........I chose to spend the rest of the date with April Brockman because I felt a very natural connection with her that I couldn't explain. It was just there and I needed to see where it would go. And it was an amazing date! It was such a perfect evening with the live music and the sun setting. It was the best way to end the night.
Episode Week 3 - "Caught between two extremes....."
Nothing
Episode Week 4 - "Serious Conversations and shark-infested waters"
Trisha - "Trisha and I made a connection that day and as hard as it was to see Rileigh off on the boat, I knew I had made the right decision."
April - shark date no mention by name
Episode Week 5 - "This is getting real"
April - "April Brockman and I had a date. This was the first time for us one-on-one since after the photoshot at the mansion, and I really wanted to show her my life in Toronto. I felt we both had the most questions about each other when it came to this."
Trisha - "The next day was focused purely on having fun at Canada's Wonderland, but, unfortunately, it didn't tune out as any of us had expected." ...."emotional moments for the group." "torn between logic and emotion"....."I hurt the others and it was a tough situation to be in."
Episode Week 6 - "I can't know what truly happened that night...." Tuscany. Beautiful Tuscany
Trisha - "I wanted something special for us, and dinner in the old town and a stroll seemed to fit the bill. Trisha and I always enjoyed out time together, but I was actually starting to worry that we would never get to that romantic place. But this all changed during the course of the evening...maybe because I opened up to her more, sharing that this experience scares me too, or perhaps it was the diamonds? Kidding! I'm glad the present made her feel special. There was an accordion player in the town square, and it was a complete surprise for her....there wasn't a dry eye in the place. I was so happy to make her smile that much and I have never felt closer to her."
April - Paint Portrait Date - nothing
Episode Week 6 - HTD
"Trisha and experiencing Edmonton with her was a blast. I don't think there was a single second we stopped laughing. Her family was incredible, and seeing that loving side of Trisha really changed things for me with her."
April - "My date with April felt like a rollercoaster. We really connected and delved into some deep issues with one another. I also met the most caring and loving group of people. April shared some things that have happened in her life that have made it hard for her to open up to others. I was almost relieved when she told me this because it made the whole story come together in such a real way."
Episode Week 8 - WTA nothing about F2
As a typed this and reviewed this, it is interesting to me that even his Tim's blog he shares his feelings about Trisha and with April it is concerns, questions etc. JMO

"April Brockman and I had a date" .... sounds like how you'd say something you're super proud of and are bragging about. A very profound statement IMO

ITA. I posted how it is almost like those entries one makes in one's journal. The emphasis is huge, imo and illustrates a difference between men and women.northernviewer wrote:"April Brockman and I had a date" .... sounds like how you'd say something you're super proud of and are bragging about. We will never know exactly what Tim meant .... but that is the beauty of each of us seeing the love story we are watching with this show, to each their own. But there is a profound difference how Tim speaks about each of the F2 and in the blog it shows. JMO
