Regarding the bold... yes! He said this to Trish on their 2-1 date (just before TO date with April, hehehe  ). Talk about making it happen! And he told April he had waited a loooong time to show her his hometown (extend that to meeting his best bud, etc). 

Also, I find it significant that the Tim uses the word "real" in relation to April. In his blog regarding HTD, he said "real" and also he titled his TO blog as things getting "real". BOTH of these relate to HTDs: Tim's in TO and April's. There really is nothing more real about TB shows than meeting friends/family.

sophie, I dont think there's a huge significance to them, other than letting the world know that he is in love with one of the women from his season. He cant show us a photo of her yet, so he's sharing a sentimental photo that proves she accepted his final roses and they are still together.

Ohhh, I didn't realize that's when he said it. I bet it gave him an idea and so he talked to the producers about arranging it.

One thing I noted from watching that interview with the producer (done while in process of choosing Tim and contestants) is that he seemed like a really nice man that actually cares about the lead finding a good match, so I could totally see Tim saying that he thought April was the one and wanted his friend to meet her. We know after the fact that Brad wanted to let Bianka go mid season, but the producers talked him into keeping her as they saw the potential for a romance.... so I can totally see this same group doing whatever they could to help Tim find a love match. The producer seemed to be the polar opposite of MF, and we all know that love isn't the reason behind his decisions... drama is.

I don't recall this being discussed, but just wondering if anyone knows.

In the US version of the show, they have safe house visits. Obviously, since Tim and April live in the same city, they could easily get together anytime they want...like Andi and Josh did. If Tim picked Trisha....which I don't believe he did...but, if he did, would they not have to meet up occasionally? (In the US version it is every couple of weeks.) Does she still live in Edmonton? Do we have any idea if Tim has been doing any travelling post show? or Trisha? If he hasn't been going anywhere, that would be another indication that he picked April.

Maybe posting them on these days relates to him spending special time with his F1? Or a message of love being sent via IG to his girl? It is also possible that the roses are not the same ones he gave (the babies breath is added to them).

Not sure how recent these photos are, either (posted on IG recently but maybe not as recent a photo?). Many of Tim's IG pics are actually re-posts from an earlier time. The roses definitely look aged/dried so the roses are older. 

The other day somebody posted some sc's of HTD's ... and you can see that when Tim was heading out to April's HTD.... he had a suitcase!!   I find that very interesting.  He left TO in the daylight, and then appeared to leave April while the sun was still out... but did he actually leave Wasaga Beach... or did he stick around and meet up with April later?  we know other leads have done this... maybe Tim did too??!!

eta.. he had a bag when he went to Sachelle's but probably had to spend night in Sudbury and then fly out in the morning. Wasaga Beach is not far at all from where Tim lives and is only maybe an hour or so drive, nothing that would require a suitcase, unless he wanted to stay.

I noticed that too and it is certainly possible since he never changed his clothes before meeting April or while on his date with April. It also seemed quite short of a date (beach and then restaurant) and then leaving in daylight as you said. He did drive to Wasaga so it is possible he drove back to the airport to another date and thus the suitcase? Or, as you said, spent more time with April. 

One of my favorite moments of the show was the little wave he gave to April when he left. So cute. I actually SCd it and will have to post it in that thread sometime (it is blurry though because it happens so fast).

I think Trish fans would have posting something if it was out there... but I haven't seen anything to date.

I'd imagine if he was leaving TO, he'd be going to leave for his west HTD's and then leave for the FD's, so he's have a lot more luggage than that.

I am not sure if this was posted already but this article interview of Tim in April 17th of this year is really interesting now that we are coming down to the wire.

What type of dater are you? A serial monogamist, a casual dater, a lone wolf or…?
I’m the type of guy that quits when he knows there’s nothing there. So sometimes you can figure that out quite quickly, and other times it takes a while.

He definitely did this on the show. With Lisa I can see it taking a while but he did that too.

When you reach the end of the show, do you think you’re going to feel comfortable proposing?
That definitely is a weird thing to think about, but once I know that I want something, I’m really not afraid of jumping right in.

This points to all signs he would totally propose but it may just be he might need to wait since his F1 (if it is April) may not be as ready as he is. (He seemed pretty ready to introduce April to his best bud/best bud-fiance early on).

Does your parent’s marriage inform the type of relationship you are looking for?
It has an enormous amount of influence on what I see as being the ideal relationship. Mainly because they haven’t always been happy. There have definitely been tough times, but seeing them go through it together and amass 35 years of marriage is something that’s really inspiring to me

Okay, this for me says a LOT about how Tim views relationships/marriage! Tim has a mature and realistic approach to understanding what marriage is all about (not just fun good times but work). His response is so open and honest. He talks about how his parents were not always happy and there have been tough times but that he is really inspired by them because they got through it together. Imo, this means he is willing to work at a relationship no matter what. That he understands what true commitment is all about. That marriage is serious. He is not just about fun and good times, but having something real which I see with him and April. That she won't scare him away by having walls up or doubts but actually make him work harder.
