Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends. I hope you have an abundance of good food, good health, memories with family and friends, and take the time to be so very thankful for all that we have! That's scary, GA. We have family in Ottawa but nobody that would be there.

University and surrounding area's are on lockdown. There have been so far three different shooters, Rideau Mall PH and National War Museum.

Its pretty scary here in Ottawa right now, where I work we are in lock down and cannot leave the building until further notice.

I take the bus to get to and from work and live in Gatineau (Quebec) on the news they say there is 4 to 5 hours wait to get over the bridge to the Quebec side every car, truck is being search.

Glad I have this forum to keep me busy while I sit on the bus later...

Thanks so much for keeping us posted. Stay put and don't leave until you're advised to. I just took a break and read the soldier passed away. sad

so sad. It's going to be a long drive, maybe once everyone gets through it will be easier to get to Gatineau. All the media radio stations etc are offering prayers for everyone in Ottawa and surrounding areas all day, as we all are here in Ontario. Stay safe. Keep us posted.
