Did everyone notice he's got the yellow ribbon on.  It looks like it's finally disintegrating.  What will we do when it falls apart?

After last night's comments about the change in Josh's  twitter avatar, I could not believe how RELIEVED I was to see the yellow ribbon on his wrist in these pictures!  I was reminded of how much we all looked for it during the season - we did not know why it was significant, but it became a sign to all of us that everything was JUST FINE!

Thank you Guardian Angel for keeping us on the right side of the law. What about the photos that are posted on W Atlanta Buckhead's facebook page? There is a link to the same photographer, but I can't find the pictures on the photographer's site.

And, what about the pictures from the Georgia games?  They are on a photographer's website, and I just assumed copyrighted!

W Atlanta might have received approval from www.BenRosePhotography.com because they provide the source for each picture, but we don't know that for a fact.

Any Facebook that is not private, pics can technically can be taken unless they have a copyright statement. I would prefer not to use any of the Ben Rose photo's because if they are taken from WAtlanta's f/book and they didn't get approval, we too get in trouble, or from Ben Rose's sight because his is copyrighted. If anyone wants to contact him for permission, that is your choice. Copy of his approval would have to be sent to me. One can say we are giving him free advertising, however we have to be extremely careful with copyright.  If anyone doubts any of this, there is a lot of information on line with reference to being sued for using pics even if it's unintentional and not for profit.

Please provide the link to where the pics come from for the Georgia games. There are times pics are posted, without the source, and no way for me to check. Time restraints don't always allow me to deal with the poster.

Having said all that, this is a good time to remind everyone, in states in the rules, anything that's posted from any site IG FB Twitter etc, the source/link MUST be posted along with the posters name and comments. The only exception is RS, we do not post his link on this site.

We should not be copying these pics. If someone is friends with him, they can ask. Give them our site and explain how the pics will be used and that the link will always be provided.
