This is going to lead back to the discussion about if MEandI had been more compassionate towards Nick at the ATFR vs. if he had not said what he said at the ATFR.

  There are already hints of this in rag mag pieces. 

Josh and Andi are accountable for their own relationship post-show, a relationship that didn't work out because of their own 6 month (or whatever the timeframe) dynamic.  Why conjure up the ghost of Nick and hold him accountable, yet again, for haunting/influencing?

Wow this is absolutely shocking news to me. i along with many posters here were really invested in andi's season. i must admit I haven't been following their news after their engagement like with other couples (i tend to pay attention once they get married, have kids etc) so i was pretty much just letting it be until i hear a wedding was in the works. i also must say, looking back, the only reason I really liked andi's season was josh. I never really liked andi. And the way she was with nick at ATFR, i knew she was a b**ch. she obviously did lead him on, but acted like she was the victim only because she got 'josh' and knew he would have her back. And now look at her now. I know I'm being abit harsh. But to me it seemed like andi really just wanted the public to think she was perfect with the law career, hot fiance. She was no where near being a wife or mother. Josh, on the other hand, is so genuine. i really saw that side of him on the show. I hope he is able to find a nice girl. There were actually so many red flags to begin with. Anyways, i am moving on from this ship

I have to admit, I wondered about the dress on the Red Carpet.  if you knew you were making a televised appearance, AND ESPECIALLY if you were in the process of launching your own fashion line, you wouldn't be sewing a $15 dress on the plane trip.  You'd be dressed and accessorized to make an impression rather than waste the opportunity.  Plus Josh's suit was so ill fitting.  I wondered on Monday if JODI had decided to attend at the last minute.

You know what I  find funny about this whole situation is what a loser Andi has become because of the franchise. The show did more harm than good for her in my opinion.  

Anyway, I think she left an ex boyfriend to go to the The Bachelor [I cant remember properly], left her job to chase fame and used to make remarks how she loves the engagement ring. Now she has lost a fiancé, now she needs to find a place[ I  think she used to live with Josh in his apartment or she might have kept her place], lost the ring that she loved and told Josh to pick and most of her fans girls will lose interest on her. They were more Jodi fans than Andi fans. This franchise was really terrible for her, she needs to cut her loses with the show and move on. She was great before the show now she has nothing to show for it.

I'm kinda late to the party here as I have been busy reading all your posts first. I really am impressed with the way everyone here is handling this. I think both sides (Jodi fans and Nick fans) are being respectful of each other, for the most part. I will try to follow this example.

I am a Nick fan as you probably know.  I think part of the reason TPTB haven't seemed supportive of Jodi has more to do with Meandi.  She didn't follow the storyline she helped write, by choosing Josh instead of Nick, in the last days of The Bachelorette. Nick trying to contact Andi, the letter, the ATFR admission, etc. were encouraged and spotlighted by TPTB. Some of these things could have taken place without us ever having to know about them, which would have been much more supportive of the new couple. But they chose instead to make things as awkward and uncomfortable for everyone involved. You have to ask yourself why they would choose to go that route.  Just for ratings? I don't think so, but that might just be me.

Anyway, I had suspected trouble with these two watching their SM activity. Josh started tweeting more inspirational faith based tweets lately having to do with things going in a different path and I noticed he started following a certain eastern european sexy blonde model that all the single guys from the show have started following lately (she has been soliciting their interest). A happily engaged guy wouldn't do the latter, especially knowing people would notice.

I don't want Josh to be The Bachelor, as I find him too one dimensional and lacking in depth. But I do wish him the best in life and finding a lovely woman who wants to make marriage and babies with him the priority for the union should be no problem going forward. I think he is a handsome guy who will have no problem finding a pretty and personable girl who will be able to worship him and his family and fit in just fine.

Andi, on the other hand, not so much. And frankly, I think this is as a result of her own actions all along the way. In those final days of her season filming, if she had gone with her heart instead of her head (per her own words, things did not match up), she wouldn't be in this situation right now. Who knows where her path will go from here and I really don't care. But I do feel for her fans and fans of Jodi as a couple, as it can't be easy for many of them to go through their breakup.

This is kind of off-topic, but to me it says a lot about how Andi may have been raised:  In that AH video clip, A and J discuss the recent holidays, and A says that on Thanksgiving her mom cooked a turkey for the first time.  Really? At like 50+ she never cooked a turkey before?  Seems so odd to me. But, maybe that's how they've lived.  You know, on the show A did say she eats sushi 5 days a week.  To me that's code for: "I don't cook!" Maybe they were on the fence for a while and going through the major holidays together just accentuated their differences (traditions, view of what family means, interest in cooking and kids, earning and spending money, etc).  Maybe it became more clear that they weren't right for one another after all of the major holidays and all of the work and compromise that goes into those. Just a thought.
