I'm thinking that the producers did have a hand in Nick throwing her under the bus .,now that Josh said he was in the back room and didn't see or hear anything that went on , on stage ATFR , and that they kept him away from it. ( did tptb know before hand what was going to go down on stage? ) ( I was at the ATFR when Jason was the Bachelor and he watched it back stage, other leads did as well). Maybe they changed things up since then but seeing how Nick was a puppet for tptb this season makes me believe that they had a hand in it. Niki sure did seem to think it from her tweet afterwards. No excuses for Nick because it was still Classless and dumb of him to sell out like that if that's what indeed happened. just saying.

I'm pretty sure it is fairly common to keep the contestants separated during the show. I remember Courtney saying she was. I suspect is just another way of keeping everyone off balance. Kind of like in a courtroom where witnesses don't listen to the to other witnesses testifying before them.

Yeah, it's common knowledge that they keep the F1 secluded backstage so they don't see or hear anything....

Most of the couples say that they haven't seen their proposal before they enter the stage, so when they see it it's the first time since they lived it, just to create natural, emotional reactions. I think they keep the F1, F2 and the lead separate with a handler/producer so TPTB can show them whatever they want, relive parts of the filming, all to create an emotion before the live show. I'm positive they showed Nick his breakup and his good moments with Andi to make him feel as crushed as possible.

I'm still bummed that the ATFR was made into a "Nick needs closure show" instead of the happy couple seeing their proposal "for the first time".
Well, it is what it is and I'm thankful for this board and everyone bringing good news to it.

I actually went back and watched the FD with Josh again and I saw several instances where Andi just went off the grid emotionally; she was there but she wasn't "there" and I think an "Ohh CRAP" moment is a good description for where she "went".

I know I've posted elsewhere that once Andi knew how Josh felt about her she also knew that she had to tell Josh about Nick (which IMHO would never have happened had Josh's date come before Nick's). The simple fact that the FD with Josh was the only private time she would ever have with him before the FRC would make the FD the most logical time to tell him and she knew it. How Josh reacted sealed the fairytale ending.

That also could explain why she was still a little worried during her LCD whether Josh would really stay and propose. Didn't she tell her sister she would probably be unsure if this is too good to be true until the end?

I wish there was a place where I can watch just Andi and Josh's interactions during the show. ABC keeps blocking it on youtube but not other seasons

I know! You can see almost all the other seasons on YT so I wonder why this season none are on there.

YT has weird copyright laws.. that's why most of my videos can't be viewed on a mobile device after awhile.. it has to do with the rights of the songs I use. It's annoying hissyfit

I know the proposal is uploaded on Dailymotion, but I hope the rest of the season will be too. Dailymotion isn't as picky.

I think she did and this probably does explain a reason for worry; it's like making a controversial announcement at work on Friday afternoon when you don't know what kind of concerns are going to percolate over the weekend. After the FD Andi didn't see Josh again until the MTP and she didn't really have any opportunity then to talk in private to him.
