On a different note, I saw on Lauren's FB, she (and I assume Denny) are planning on attending the Georgia game against Troy on 9/20. So I wonder if Andi and Josh (and if he's lucky, Hy) will join them.

Thanks for the update! That's kind of a relief. Not that it wouldn't have been fun, but they really been have been raked over the coals each week and even if Josh says he doesn't care, it's still nice that they can continue their normal life in atl with small local appearances to a friendly audience that is in love with them.

I agree soccermom. The question was when is the wedding and Josh said big news coming in a few weeks. The only thing I can thing of is that it will be televised. Too early to give a date unless he says definitely in the spring. IMO of course.

I have a feeling Emma's partner is Todd Chrisley (ugghhh, I hate myself just for thinking it :vomit: ). Explains why Emma is in ATL, the "ya'll tweet" and mainly the build and light hair of the guy who was in the car with her.

Emma knows better than to follow the fiance of her partner. Not sure about the Sadie R. follow though Maybe Andi is just playing us :strings1

I would so much prefer to see Josh In a perfect world, Josh and Andi would dance together and Emma would teach them (although I would miss seeing Emma on the dance floor - I can't win!)

You may be on to something.  I had totally forgotten about him and his reality show but just googled him after reading your post.  It seems that the Huffington Post recently reported:  "Look forward to them out of Atlanta, but still in their element. Seeing them a little bit of a fish out of water, but not too much."  Not sure though that I would consider LA only a little bit different from Atlanta.

I have seen bad dancer stay on for longer than 3/4 weeks because they were popular and had a large backing.

I think it's as misleading to consider DWTS as simply a "dance competition" as it is to consider The Bachelorette or The Bachelor as simply a matchmaking show. Sure - dance is a component but far above anything else DWTS is an entertainment show paid for by ABC to to make money by selling advertising time. Just like the precursor to DWTS (So You Think You Can Dance) is more about entertainment and who stays and who goes and when is determined by the producers, this is largely the same for DWTS too.

A proven method based on past practice is to cast the most recent alum from TB or TBette on DWTS because let's face it - much of the DWTS cast is people you've never heard of, or haven't heard of recently and a lot of people do know who the most recent alum is.

I do believe that the show approached Andi but I also suspect that she turned it down because dancing is really out of her comfort zone and she's said that ever since JPG's season. But, having Josh on the show with Andi in the front row of audience could work - it did on Sean's season and he really couldn't dance worth a hoot but he got a pretty good run out of it.

Ash, the timing of that picture is throwing me off.  If it's Josh, when do you think it could have been taken (it was posted 16 hours ago)? There was a tweet tonight from someone who lives in Atlanta who said she met Andi and Josh tonight.  And Josh and Andi were clearly in Atlanta Thursday night.

It's all very interesting. I really didn't think they'd be on it, especially with that picture. Now Emma is following Andi, for what reason? Sadie is following Josh as well and Andi followed her. Emma is in Atlanta and tweeted out something with a clue of her partner and it was "ya'll" which certainly fits Josh and Andi.

So many timing instances make it seem like Josh and Andi aren't doing it, but these little clues make it seem like they are or at least Josh will be on it. I'm confused haha. Either way, I'll be happy for them. Thankfully they have had more time together than most couples from this show. I will be excited to watch them and I'll be happy if they don't do it as well. It will be an interesting next few days, that's for sure. I don't know what to make of the timing and the clues. Very confusing.

I didn't realize that Emma was in Atlanta so at least it's plausible that it's Josh although I will still be surprised if it is if no other reason than it will mean that he will miss several of Aaron's games.  And I agree with others who don't think the guy in Emma's passenger seat is Josh.  That being said, I have been curious about some of Andi's recent twitter follows even before Sadie R.  Of course, I am also curious about why Josh is now following Lesley Murphy (one of my favorites from Sean's season) and I doubt that has anything to do with DWTS.

Lesley just tweeted this so maybe they have friends in common or he just automatically follows anyone who knows it's #dawgsontop

^ Yes, Lesley was very vocal on Twitter about being team Josh all season and is a huge Dawgs fan. Her comments on the finale were great.

I'm in agreement that while it would have been fun to watch, I would prefer for them to not do it. It is interesting though as to why these follows happened. Very random. I also want to add that the cast list sucks

Both Josh and Andi are very smart, they will make the best decisions for them. That being said, I'm still hoping at least one will join DWTS. You bet I'm gonna watch!

I would love to see Josh on DWTS!! We got to see Sean for a few weeks! But in that pic, that hand does not look like his. His fingers are more slender. I miss seeing him on Mondays!
