Honestly, think about it.  Even putting aside obsessive Fan-girling (who is "so hot" etc), on a busy Finale night, what multi-tasking board reader wants to scroll through ten pages of that sort of posting, or "ME TOO" or "I was RIGHT!  They were WRONG!" anyway.  Not sporting.  And you can get a cramp from rolling your eyes over and over for these very stressful three hour LIVE EVENTS.    

For the show itself, unless viewing with friends and family and alcohol, I prefer to exercise great restraint and wait to start until 45 minutes in, so that I can Fast Forward through the "caca" (ads and ridiculous audience polling).  

I think it will be a fun night around here, whoever wins.  But Josh wins.  There I said it.

Naples man rooting for grandson on "The Bachelorette"

North Naples resident Ted Shiro plans to sit on the edge of his couch tonight to see if his grandson can win ABC's "The Bachelorette."

Josh Murray, 29, of Athens, Georgia will be one of two finalists in tonight's season finale. This year's Bachelorette --- former Atlanta assistant district attorney Andi Dorfman--- is choosing between Murray and Wisconsin native Nick Viall. Murray is the older brother of Aaron Murray, a former University of Georgia quarterback who is now playing for the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs.

Shiro, who lives in Pelican Marsh in North Naples, said he's been watching his grandson in every episode of the TV show. Shiro's daughter, the mother of Josh and Aaron, visited him recently and told Shiro that there's a strong possibility Josh wins "The Bachelorette" and proposes to Dorfman tonight.



"My daughter would kill me if I told you he definitely won because they all signed (confidentiality) contracts,'" Shiro said. "We just have to wait for the show."The Murrays grew up in Tampa, but have visited their grandfather on numerous occasions. Three years ago, Josh and Aaron Murray helped him move into Pelican Marsh.
