I am very happy for my Ducks and can't wait for the Rose Bowl!!  

I am sorry whit about TCU and I think they would have been in there if FSU hadn't squeaked out another win.  I was pulling for them to lose but luck was on their side one more time.  They may have a perfect record but they have the least impressive wins of all the top teams IMO.  I just hope their luck doesn't continue in the Rose Bowl!

I am very happy for you and your Ducks guess I will be seeing them and Bama at the AT&T stadium for the Championship game.

We are a young team so hopefully next year we will be in the top four.

The Vols are playing in the TaxSlayer Bowl (formerly the Gator Bowl) against Iowa on Jan 2nd!  Woohoo!  That's an upgrade from the Liberty Bowl which was talked about. I was just happy they were playing in one so this is even more exciting.   danceround

Thanks. Our team has had some tough years so it's nice to have them on an upswing finally.

I hate that TCU was left out, but honestly Baylor did as much to hurt TCU as OSU and FSU winning.

I also think the Big12 needs to go back to being 12 teams and have a conference championship game.  I think we could add Rice to boost the academic standards and UCF for the Florida tv market or Boise State who is always pretty good.  Time to stop being stubborn and get with the program.

Texas is in the Texas Bowl, which is not that exciting, but since we only won 6 games better than nothing.  And we play Arkansas, so here is hoping we can beat the original traitors to the SWC!

Whit90, I am bummed for TCU, but so excited to see them play in the Chik-Fil-A Bowl.  It is in Atlanta, I might have to see if we can get tickets, if I get enough work done before then.

SLA44, I expect y'all to win, but my hubby will be pissed if I cheer against FSU.

Renee, your boys deserved top 4 for that game last night.  I do hope Bama kills them as I hate OSU and Urban Meyer, sorry.

My personal hope is for Oregon to win it all, but if not them then FSU, to make the hubby happy.

Albean, I was in Knoxville this weekend, it was Vols everywhere, and I feel like I need to genuflect when I see Payton Manning, but I am happy for them to be doing well again and I think they are have a good chance to win the SEC East next year. Now if they beat Bama with Kiffin as Offensive Coordinator that would be even sweeter.

So happy for Marcus Mariota for winning the Heisman Trophy - first Oregon Duck to win one! I thought that he deserved it and if I understand correctly he won with 90% of the vote.

SLA44 he definitely deserved it! he was my pick to win it all season long. He's a great player, and seems like a great person from the outside looking in, just carries himself with such class and integrity. Excited to watch him at the next level.

Good for Mariota! 

Agreed Marcus Mariota is a class act. He actually asked Oregon to not run a Heisman campaign, he didn't want to distract away from the team.

He is a great guy and I have heard him compared to Roger Staubach, another great man.

I see great things in this young mans future.

To Gary Patterson for winning coach of the year. You deserved it and handle things with class.
