so we're left with episode week4 ... the one additional footage, we get to see "after-Eric-exit" moments: Nick was high on emotions that week, he just had spent an amazing time with Andi post basketball game, but also was aware that she had 2 1on1 dates that weren't really "on-the-same-level" (Marcus and Dylan) ... so he was confident, but what was happening as he got to know her better with each week, he was starting to read her and anticipate her move/reaction (I assume, if I'm basing on the personality traits of week of perfectionist)... so he got up, manned up, and also for the good of all the group, went to comfort her, to bring her back among the rest, he spent his 1on1 at the cocktail party listening to her venting (cash-in points) and when he came back with her, he just let everyone know she's there to continue with her party, but the guys took it as some sort of bragging, that he was trying to show to be better than them, that he has her under his spell, that he took time away from those who were in more delicate situation for their lack of alone time with Andi and that he should had been more considerate towards others, ... sorry, can I write something straight up ... the cry-babies were behaving like stubborn, spoiled and offended kids, who got their favorite toy taken away while they were too busy with making group of BFFs over their whining ... and then in the instant someone reminded them that they are part of some grown-up game "of getting the girl" ... they took the easy step in their evaluation, blamed Nick of being selfish, arrogant, pretentious, smug and unfair. Right! I think I said it all.

ep5 - Riding on the wave of love ... well, I've never surfed in my life, but I'm guessing eventually you do fall off the board, unless you're a pro ... so ... we start with the polkadot fortune teller ... Andi is falling in love ... of course what game would it be with only one player ... nope, more (2) ... since everything is happening in France ... Nick continues as Arsène Lupin of game of hearts (imagine the Pink Panther song ... or if you need to get into the mood, watch this trailer Lupin movie) ... he has to blend into the crowd (you know, the group photos and shoots of guys standing happily on the balcony when Andi goes on her 1on1 date hand-in-hand), he has to make a plan how to win that precious jewel, but the mime game is taking place on public square, too many prying eyes, so he retreats himself unhappy and unsatisfied, aware he needs change of plans ... night portion of their date ... another obstacle ... "babysitter took the night off" ... he has to face the crying men... I don't know if they cry because their love is not corresponded or because they don't know how to make a girl swoon (it's easy, just one hit will do, but that would be a low blow) ... anyway ... it's clear to all ... it's all Nick's fault! ... he is not a gentleman that Andi deserves and they are going to reveal his wicked game ... he mocks people, he treats them bad, he draws them mustaches with his toothpaste while they sleep, he puts salt in their coffee when they are distracted with the beauty of the architecture ... dunno... what is clear as the sea in Marseille (well, not the perfect spot for bathing) is that Nick is playing with Andi's heart ... and she is worried... Is she falling? Losing her defenses? Losing control or having clouded judgment? ... well, Andi, that just might be IT! ... so while JJ takes her for a spin (the other kind, because we know that all the rest of the guys are there with real intentions, naive of this game, who have never watched one single episode of TB and have no aspiration other than winning Andi's heart), Nick has to pass the first interrogation, where instead of a lie-detector machine, we have Cody "the teddy bear", you know, the one "of the nicest and most gentle creatures" of the bunch (yeah, I am fighting everyone's stigma that pit-bulls are a dangerous breed, they are wonderful sweet animals, it much depends on their owner) ... and the question of the menu is: Do you think you're a frontrunner? ... now, don't you dare say yes! ... you have to lie Nick, lie!, haven't they teach you in school that you shouldn't be an overachiever, ambitious and positive player, instead that we all need to be equal, equal in our ignorance and achievements, even when we suck (pardon my language) ... no? - well, then you should definitely attend some European school (with some old-communistic regime preferably) ... so to jump over the torture, lets talk about that poem ... that was not a poem, that was a prose ... truth being told - Who cares? ... lets kiss! ... but wait! ... was that a distraction from the first major problem on their way? ... the problem of Nick's sincerity? ... the doubt installed in Andi and her overcoming it by ... following her gut ... but for the romantics lets call it FEELINGS. Heavy stuff. So Andi is just, you know, tired and so stresses, that she cannot do the whole cocktail party, because this time she can't fake it, oh sorry, poker-face-it, so she decides to send more kids home and goes straight to RC, so she starts to call ... doesn't want to give him any satisfaction ... so call the hot guy first ... but then, we women know it's hard to play a game with the straight face (maybe that's why Andi keeps making that pout) ... so she calls Nick second. Oh boy, it's getting harder and harder (her words).

ep.6 - in the name of Giacomo Casanova ... a piece of wisdom:

So we start with the great panorama (dictionary: a continuous unfolding of events) ... Venice .. oh my little Venice, I love my Friuli-Venezia-Giulia Italian region (great food&wine and just calm life .. promotion for tourism, as there would be any need) ... maybe the whole "romantic setting" got into Andi's head ... or she was still unsettled about the last events with Nick ... but she needed to clear the air, fast, before being able to continue with her love adventure... so they ride the gondola and talk, then they walk around town ... and talk ... then they are back in gondola ... the talk ... good thing folks, we were able to see approx. 3min of their day in Venice ... talking ... why repeating so much? ... because it's obvious that there is no chemistry between this two. It's just intellectual. You know what I mean? ... I highlight this problem, lack of attraction, because it gets more evident later on, when we witness Andi's ugly-cry ... I'm talking about "end of fairytale" breakdown... because that makes our Casanova a second wheel ... but friends, don't be sad ... here, another Casanova quote: "I have written the history of my life, and I have a perfect right to do so; but am I wise in throwing it before a public of which I know nothing but evil? No, I am aware it is sheer folly, but I want to be busy, I want to laugh, and why should I deny myself this gratification?"
Relax ... it's all about that word ... or as Princess Pride suggests ... the meaning of that word ... and it's not a frontrunner ... but GENUINE ... is he or not? ... The court says he's a pr**k ... because dare him for standing up first and taking the "object of affection" away from the other suitors, because he was not supposed to do that, when there was another guy (who should not be named) who wanted to do the same, and there was someone else who was scared to go home and thought first 5 minutes count more (I really would like to know, where was he before that) ... You know, Nick should had been a team player! ... A girl for everyone! ... How dare he talks to her first (I always thought that important is finish last)! ...no nobility, no modesty, no respect, no rule-follower "I will begin with this confession: whatever I have done in the course of my life, whether it be good or evil, has been done freely; I am a free agent." (G. Casanova) ... but all of this doesn't matter ... because the important message of the day is: "That's a MAN!" ... Good job Nick.

just wanna pop up to say that im loving all the positivity and optimism on Nick Nation today.. ..you all have made my day... my salty Sista..  . Shout out to Sue who called me awesome   (i dont mind the cray2 either ). love you too girl!!

im glad that we can bond together to freely speak our mind and pour our heart in savoring a real raw love story unfold in front of our eyes. Its a #BacheloretteFirst for me to witness a real connection formed on day 1 and continues moving forward throughout the season. You just can sense it .

Sadly, its the trade off that  TPTB must do: to allow a LS unfold comprehensively a foiler scheme needed to be set up .(compare it with Bach season or any non-foiler Ette season, TPTB tend to 'hide' the connection to disguise the correct spoilers) . so i guess i take the trade-off and deal with it   

im super happy that this Nian's LS is the LS that ive been focusing on since epi 3. The story that  I enjoy with every piece of my heart and mind. The story with such richness of meaning and mystery that i have to work my ass of and unleash every single of my brain cells's potential in doing   to reveal the precious crumbs for no prize other than a feeling of certainty in my romantic heart    that everything unfold is real, inspiring and truly once in a lifetime experience.   

still 1 week to the Adorable Mess FRC and the Princess Bride Unconceivable Moment  :cutesmile!:  . i dont venture out there, but im guessing all the heat, noise, contra-wave seem to reaching its peak, correct?. so ...here it is...fellow Nick Chicks ... be Brave !     



PS: since there is only one Prince in my heart i have decided to call Nick #BraveHeartKnight...for all his 'putting all out there ', his vulnerability and his courage to do anything for true love

ep.7 - Sneaky Nicky ... ok, so Nick's story plot is a question of his genuine feelings, sincerity, right reasons? ... Got it... Producers! Nick needs to have a sneak-out date - make it happen! Because what else could he do that day ... girl-talk or pillow fight with guys? ... The problem is ... there is no more hiding of their chemistry... no, no, Andi ... you can't use that word when describing feelings for Nick ... you can say passion ... you can underline mental connection ... but no chemistry talk, because that's reserved for someone else. Comprise?! So what else is on the horizon for these 2: she is torn between multiple guys (if multiple is considered 2), he is starting to have some fears, so he needs more reassurance that what he thinks is there between them is real, she can't say a word, he can't kiss her - out of respect (can someone explain to me how come Chris could during pottery scene? But, it's ok, we forgive, can't blame the Ghost) ...day gets long ... all she wants is just be with him, stop pretending, stop playing the bachelorette, just be herself ... excited to finally meet the crazy family that brought up this amazing guy. She questions him if he is ready ... but we all know ... it's you, Andi, who is getting goosebumps ... Are you? Because it's not just about meeting a family, there's a talk about marriage, there is 1on1 with your heart ... be honest ... put yourself out there (Nick) ... be yourself ... be brave (and hand the HTR to FIR guy in front of very p***ed off guys). No regrets!

ep.8 - silly personal confession, when I was younger, I would always confuse the name of the city Milwaukee with Milky Way ... picturing that wonderful chocolate bar with the stars on the packaging ... hmmmm, OK, back to reality, I find out that Wisconsin has a huge population of immigrants from my part of Europe, so no wonder they dance polka (Andi! hopping, really? ... oh well, it is indeed) and play same music ... and drink beer (it feels right homey) ... Big family, Christian values, lost luggage, non-aired scenes of Nick's friends (and juicy stories we might hear), dinner at the Beligian cafe' (just the two of them, eye to eye) and whole list of Bella's questions - not to mention uncut version of Andi's answers. The story for today: everything is great (parents' approval) but we fear the worst ... Nick's broken heart. Because he gives you the world, but if you let him go, we need to pick up the pieces and take care, so that he doesn't suffer as much as the last time.
Wait! You lost me ... somewhere along the way of Nick not being the genuine, sincere guy ... TPTB! ... so why should I care about Nick's heart and bruised feelings? Why should audience care about this brat and c****y tricky monster? Oops, damage control? ... Not buying it. It's not what audience think ... it's about what Andi thinks ... or to be more precise ... what she "tell us" that she thinks (you know, her ITMs, PIs, VOs ... they need to tell us a story, whether was real or not) ... Houston, we have a problem! ... We launched the missile of love and now we are scared where it might fall ... Caution required!
But once again we are reminded of Eric's legacy (all good, thank you angel) ... be brave, dare, be yourself, embrace whatever comes your way and make the best out of it, live life to the fullest and don't be scared of unknown.

ep.9 - OK ... now first thing first ... Lets all have a good laugh... Why? ... Just listen 0:27 - 0:47 (link to ep.9 - 1/4) ... So basic concern is? Have you understood the problem?
No, because to me it's silly. Andi? - Do you need to learn about Nick's past breakup because you don't know how to gently dump him? Because it's not like you haven't sent home some crazy-in-love guy just few days before that without much of "explaining to do". You don't want Nick ... say goodbye without worrying about his version of events ... What, you're worried now that if you break his heart he's gonna go downward spiral? So... you need to talk about that with him. To prepare him for letting him go. So the whole "first time" helicopter ride is a reminder of how deep and painful the fall might be? And the whole water-make-out-session is just a taste of what could have been, but only in fantasy world? Back to reality, our guy lost his train of thoughts, he cannot think the complete sentences while staring at the siren eating chips ... Because we all know the stories about the sirens, they are not this lovely sea creatures, but a trap for the sailors. Nick, look after your ship, she's aiming at you!
Because this siren starts to feel a bit insecure in her role of the Bette, she leaded you right into her bay, but she knows how many seas and oceans you've traveled and she wants a reassurance that you don't mind to stick around ... give up the freedom of sailing away anytime, anywhere ... she wants to hear you say "I'm yours, Bae. I love your coral reefs and warm lagoon" ... so she makes you drink wine and laughs at your dorky moments and wishes that her touch was powerful enough to make you stay. Oh boy, don't be shy to admit, it was one hell of a night and I'm pretty sure it wasn't easy standing by the shore, watching the other guy receiving the rose too, that same kind of rose that she put on you like a spell, every week, every date ...

Week 10 - I would propose a jump ... in the water... it's getting hot in here.

:WAVEY: Count me in!!! I've been on the Nick and Andi luv train since Epi 3   No doubt about it....these two crazy kids are in luv and headed towards IMPENDING DANGER (thx Mura!!).  Following their journey has made this season such a pleasure.   

And to add a cherry on top, I believe TPTB along with a super sneaky lead / supporting cast have played the ultimate "MIND GAME" on RS and others who have taken the bait.

From that same video I love what comes from 1:00 onward... that they meet and hug and Nick keeps trying to back up to get perspective and Andi will NOT LET GO OF HIS BODY. too cute!
My take on the questioning is that she's not worried about Nick per se, but herself.... was Nick the reason for the breakup? was he a jerk? did he get angry or nasty? So Andi's putting her toe in the emotional water that is Nick to gauge what that feels like. and he opens himself up without hesitation and exposes his vulnerability so her concerns are eased to the point where she decides to let up her anchor and sail away from the shore with Nick....

  The contra-wave is rising - not sure where it will stop... we still have to get through MTA and all the discussion afterwards... so I'm guessing this week is going to be a challenge as well!!   

Nick's vulnerability and courage to do anything for true love is the stuff of fairy tales... He is a #braveheartknight and Andi is one lucky ducky!!
