We don't know for certain that she let F2 go early. It certainly appears (IMO) that tabloids are running with the "plane video" to make it tie in with the "storyline".

Now whether this is a TPTB sanctioned storyline is anyone's guess.

I am really enjoying this season, no-one knows for certain, whether we are being played (foiled) or whether the spoiler is true. Monday's show can't get here soon enough. Hugesmile

I agree that it's unlikely that Andi changed her mind while the guys were both being driven around in limos, which would be the only way she could REALLY have changed her pick at the "last minute". And I personally don't believe she did anyway, but they could be using "at the last minute" as a figure of speech, and what happened was, Andi went to bed after her final LCD (with Nick, I guess), telling producers that he was her pick, then woke up the next morning having done a 180 overnight (that must have been some dream about Josh :giggle: ), at which time she convinced producers to allow her to act immediately on her new decision and let Nick go before the FRC took place (and before she changed her mind again no no

). And IMO, if it really happened like that, she had no business getting engaged to either one of them. But I seriously doubt any of this is true, and I think that the magazine is just looking for a more sensational angle than what actually happened in order to sell more copies.

My guess is that it's not "sanctioned".

The show does provide "inside" information (sanctioned if you will) to selected tabloids a week or two before the finale so that they can write articles to hype the finale that are mostly accurate. This season it appears to me that US Weekly was the recipient of that information simply because the detailed story they published was too bizarre in too many details to have been made up, so I'm inclined to expect that the ending will pretty much follow what US Weekly wrote.

This article seems to be an attempt to fit the plane videos of Nick to an ending that has little detail other than a last minute switch, which is Nick's version of the ending as expressed in his video. But I think that's all they have - not any real inside information from the show itself.

I really don't trust this particular tabloid but I can see a weird scenario that maybe it's Josh she sends away and then changes her mind and brings him back??? But that is really far-fetched.

Yep! And I do believe it. It takes nothing away from Josh to think that Nick was in Andi's heart too. She made her choice and I think we all hope that it's a long and happy relationship. We just see different aspects of a love affair with different men due to our own preferences.

I hope that's not the way it happened either. If it did, how would Josh feel knowing that she chose Nick, but changed her mind at the last minute.

However, this does fall in line with CH saying something like this never happened, or whatever it was that he said.

ETA: I suppose it's better than pulling a Mesnick, now that I think about it.

I just worry that she does in fact start to accept or even accept Nick's proposal at the FRC and then change her mind minutes later after ending Josh home - hard to watch.
