I think I need to find another "thing" where it requires my phone to be taken away from me for another 9 weeks. #BadHabits

My first thought was filming for the bachelor.   

Maybe that is what he wants us to think......... then.............. psych! #trickynicky    For what it is worth I don't think it has anything to do with being Bachelor, he may being getting overwhelmed with work stuff/having to talk on the phone or he is just like many people nowadays.......glued to their phones. I am guilty ever since getting an Iphone.

Thank you Sue!  I just keep looking for nuggets that prove Nick is her one true love, because it is all I see.  

I think Josh is a great man, exceptional.  I just don't see love between them at all.  He is like a playful buddy, talking sports, family, and some hypothetical future convo.  But when does he talk about her?  Like, "I like the way you . . . ."  Nick is so in tune to her, and expresses what it is about HER he is falling in love with.  I can't imagine she'd give that up.

As to the blog I posted, I just ran across that, it is kind of dumb, but it had the information nugget where she expressed she came on this journey for something different.  So, I thought it should go in our bag of tricks as sleuthers.  ;)

back at 'ya KarmaGirl.  Great to have buddy who sees Nick as Andi's one true love!   Like you, that's all I see!!   

Back at their first date, Andi said it was great that Nick was able to talk about his breakups to understand the WHY... and how important that was.
So I LOVED that he made the effort to not only tell Andi that he loved her, but instead gives her the details, tells her WHY.  It made his admission soooooo much more personal ... and you could see her melt, such a great moment.  Nick's romance is in the details... he sends her flowers, sneaks over to her room, makes her a story book, tells her WHY he loves he.  He is totally invested in being able to demonstrate in many different ways that he loves her .... and it's so hot...

There is NO scenario where I personally would EVER give up that kind of attention.... and I'm guessing at 99% that Andi won't give it up either!!!

I agree wholeheartedly, Sue!  I wish we were neighbors so we could watch the finale together.  ;)   Those who see the love story with Nick and Andi seem to really appreciate those little details and what they mean in a relationship.  Maybe because we have experienced that kind of love?  There is no "gorgeous guy" that could compare to the way my husband and I connect at a cerebral level, we talk for hours - and that alone is sexy and a foundation for love that I couldn't do without.  He is intelligent and challenges me and makes me think - it is so stimulating.  He is hilarious too, which just makes it all even better.  **Edited** Is that what makes a good relationship?  I say not at all.  There is that initial attraction and then looks fade as time passes, and what remains is that mental/emotional connection.  That is what creates a love to last a life time.  

I'll take a trustworthy guy with depth and humor over a glad-handing hunk any day.

**Edited**  Nick is gorgeous, and he is also an accomplished athlete - he has an incredible body.  So, even if I were to focus on the very shallow physical attributes, both men are stunning**Edited** 

*Edited first sentence to respect the rule of only speaking about Nick*. Anyhow as we all saw especially Monday on the beach, Nick is HOT, that body is amazing. But enough about physical looks because as mentioned above looks are going to fade and that is when the emotional, mental connection will still hold everything together for a lifetime. Everyone has nailed it so far as far as how perfect Nick's profession of love was. It was just "I love you" but he backed it up with reasons for him being able to say it, damn good reasons. That is something I want to hear from my future husband. "I love you." is great and all but the reasons and actions that go with it is what makes it special. Anyone can just say "I love you." Nick proved he wasn't just anyone.

Wonder if he chose "28" because that was following his 27th year when his engagement ended. If so, I really like that idea ... a reminder and commitment to self to clean the slate and start new while keeping in mind what not to do so as not to repeat past mistakes.

karmagirl quite a few people responding in his feed are interpreting it as a "work-related" tweet.  I think that is a strong possibility.  He may be working overtime to still catch up on his client load.

Oh.... I like your speculation on the 28 of his twitter handle, I am always curious what the symbol or number repreents when I see it in someones name. Also the tweet about his phone, I too though Candy Crush or just plane letting your phone take over your life. I noticed my Iphone tends to take me hostage alot.

Many, many people are addicted to their phone.  I was waiting on an elevator at work today, behind about 6 other people, every single one of them on their phones.  They were so into their phones, not one of them had pushed the button to go up in the elevator.  I walked around and pushed the button, and they all just giggled because they realized how silly they were at that point.  I was like  

I do think that Nick was referring to his Bachelorette experience in that tweet.  Or maybe his upcoming Bachelor stint.  At this point, I would like to see him as The Bachelor, but still think he is with Andi.

I don't see him as at all interested in bidding for "the bachelor" role. He has done so many things that counter that possibility. He has done them intentionally because he doesn't appear to like his intimate moments being recorded. We have yet to see their fantastic first kiss that Andi wrote about in her epi 3 blog.  Camera shy much.

Back to front:
- Andi & Nick's FS date may have been the longest date every un-miced.  They spent the whole day at the beach and most of that time was in the ocean where they were free of mics or close proximity cameras (great for private conversation but not for production) after which he even takes her into the shadows for conversation despite knowing they will have all night without cameras in the FS.  Not what TPTB want in a prospective future lead.
- in Brussels they give him an opportunity for extra time with Andi (maybe she requested it as she was still all dressed up) and he/they spend most of that time making out so despite being mic-ed, the sound techs get nothing.  That was a heck of a long kissing fest given the number of ITMs that aired during it. Again, hardly a rehearsal for a prospective lead.  A lead has to talk a lot more on a date.
- so many other examples : Sharleen revels in his anti-production decisions.  She has lots & lots of things documented in her blogs.

My thought - he either remains with Andi or he walks off our screens for good.  If it is the latter, any possible tv appearances would be related to his career (tech field) or perhaps something very brief in honor of Eric's influence with or without some of the other guys.  Just can't see him serial dating for entertainment.  Everything he's shown us of himself thus far just doesn't fit a repeat show appearance as the lead.  That would be more shocking to me than would be finding out he & Andi are already married LOL.

dont forget, a poster who knows him also mentioned he makes a lot of money and NOT interested in a career in entertainment industry. I suspect he can make around 250k at the very least ..that is 2-3 times of the Bachelor gig .

putting $ aside, how can we forget that he hates group dates, RCs and front runner crap? (remember his PI on epi 7)

even if he can get away from this season without Andi (which i doubt *wink*) Sharleen, --a gorgeous classy lady-- already ready2 to prey him! haha

anyhow, MF tweeted that Choosing the Bach is harder than he tought. i think its the bloody battle between Josh vs Chris. Josh still has his time. The machine still need to gauge audience reactions at ATFR. i hope by Josh being considered as next lead it would minimize the ugliness of ATFR with Andi. #Win-win

interesting if we observe ABC site only Nick doesnt get an intro video there while Josh and Chris are displayed in full glory. Doesnt mean they didnt tape him for that. To me it simply means: he is already off the market-thanks 2 the show :P

It was the one that aired Monday night. The reason I ask is because it shows Nick in the checkered shirt. I know they are good at misleading and that may not even be of Nick at the FRC. I noticed he was wearing that checkered shirt in the deleted scene with Brian. I wouldn't think he would wear that shirt again for the FRC but I could be wrong.
