Ok so I would say things in Jodiville are fine because I doubt she'd rent a place to watch a romantic proposal immediately followed by a messed up aftr. Oh man, she's a better source of spoilers than Steve this year. Wish her kids competed every season.

In her defense, Lauren wasn't directly responsible for that info reaching SM, although I guess she should have had all of the invitees sign in blood the oath of secrecy.  It does look like a very cool place to watch the finale.

There is NO way as a mother of two sons myself would I ever rent a place and invite friends to view my son get his heartbroken on national TV. I would only do that if I was 100% certain my son was accepted and was still happily engaged at the airing of the show.

Most importantly it shows that they're supportive of the relationship and excited for Andi to join them, no need to cut the cord!

Absolutely! The way Lauren has received Kacie with such open-arms and the affection seems reciprocal (Lauren also seems to be on very good terms with Kacie's mom) suggests that it will be the same with Andi. And I think her comment in her PI (or whatever it's called now) served to illustrate Lauren's awareness and endorsement that priorities do shift once a child enters a committed relationship.

I agree, and especially with the ATFR happening right after the big finale. They are probably soooo excited and you know those Murrays like to win!! LOL

Curious-- do the parents usually know whether their son/daughter wins or not? Don't remember the scenario in past seasons...Lauren seems like a fun mom and very supportive

Yes, they tell their parents and family members. Some even tell close friends I am sure. Des and chris mentioned that a couple hundred people knew and that was it.

Oh wow that's quite a lot -- esp with the Brooks spoiler coming out.
If this is true consistently across seasons (I think during Aliberto's season things were kept VERYYYY under wraps) then Lauren's plan has a good chance of being a spoiler!
