I agree, I don't believe the producers would allow them to totally dismiss or discount all the Nick resentment, since it has been such a major point of the story line. They may temper their comments about how he's not really a bad guy and they like him now, but maybe say that they just didn't like his behavior "at the time". The producers wouldn't let them allude to much of the drama being the result of the editing, even if that were the case.

Oh no! You're right. So now we have CH to look forward to badgering the guys to say "Nick is a bad guy"!!!

CH's blogs are the thing that makes me hesitate that they will push the Nick is a bad guy thing. 

I have started to wonder if they had to push the tricky Nick edit to make this season watchable, too boring without him.  We didn't really get tricky Nick until after Eric left.  They had that to interest viewers until then.  It seemed like Marcus at least had been annoyed with Nick for a while, so certainly could have shown that sooner and it seemed like the Nick "mocking" Cody's blessed comments came before France too.  Editing magic at it's finest!

I originally thought tricky Nick was to shield how MeAndI, Andi was, but it may just have been the only thing worth watching.

I sort of thought that CH defending Nick on his blogs was to counter the degree of vitriol from some nasty viewers on SM.  The producers really unleashed a very ugly beast with that, perhaps they didn't anticipate it would get so out of hand, and maybe CH was supposed to try to calm people down a bit.  Not sure what "side" he's going to be on at MTA though.

Thanks!! And just like that, they're back to being my main interest in this show  Jodi will have to take a backseat for me this episode with Jash there now. Jash. This show's Love Story capitalized.

I don't recall them ever discussing a contestant in this way without the contestant there to defend his/herself. Did they do this with Clare?
