I think Nick is fully aware of what editing can do and is bearing very well with it. He seems quite happy and well adjusted post show.
Even in the video--whether a prank or not--he appears pretty relaxed. I don't consider any of the terms he used heated. 
I know heated. I can't use heated words on this forum.    GA would not be happy.   
I think you all know heated, too. I did not think any of the words were than derogatory. 
Fans can be crazy. Is Nick taking a beating, yeah. Can he handle a beating, well, we saw he did last night after he got back from his sneakover. 
The guys are giving him positive support. That's about all the message we need. Andi can't say much nor can Josh in their positions. 
It's all good.

^^Kelly seems to be one of Andi's closest friends.  You are only as good as the company you keep.....

^^To what extent though.  Over and over again - this is the most important rose I have ever given out.  She was suggesting it was code for something.  The things she is saying and their time together make it obvious why he is confident.  He just has a hard time hiding it.  

I just wish she was defending him a little more with a tweet here or there.  But we still have 3 episodes left so we will see whether they will lay off the Nick is a "villian" stuff or not.

There are 2 types of offenses... one is to engage in the name calling; the other to allow the name calling to occur - both are awful.
Andi can say whatever she wants about an edit, etc... but her words don't lie - they were discussing parenting skills, she was looking forward to him proposing, she told him how important the FIR and HD roses were, that they have emotional, spiritual, physical passion.  Whatever went down for Andi to leave Nick bleeding in the SM gutter is unforgiveable!!

And (for old timers   ) Meredith told Matthew that she'd be honored to accept a ring from him (all the while being gaga for Ian from Day 1) and got raked over the coals for it.   Same s**t every season, outrage directed at different person.  Ho hum.

What does it say about Andi being friends with Kelly, close enough friends to live tweet together? Once Andi saw the disgusting comments Kelly tweeted about Nick, I would think she would suggest she remove them, for her own good.

Those are not descriptive words one uses loosely. I don't know why past contestants find the need to live tweet with such OTT comments. IMO it shows true colours for some of these wannabe famous people.

I agree that Nick seems to be holding up well and that it's wonderful to see so much SM for him.
Not sure I agree that Andi can't say much in her position. (Ali was very supportive of Chris L. for one) CH has been very supportive of Nick. If Andi had a change of heart for whatever reason, she could be too. At the very least she should stop her friend from hurling insults.

Are they allowing them to do those vlogs anymore? I haven't heard any. I agree with Kasha, that neither Andi or Josh are in a position to start a vigorous defense of Nick even if they wanted to yet. The other guys sure seem to be taking up the slack so good for them.

Meredith made a big mistake telling Matthew she'd accept a ring... and she was punished in the media for it.
Andi's entitled to have a change of mind... but, not in my opinion, to allow all the bashing of Nick by her friends.

If some people think the Nick video is a plant by TPTB, why can't TPTB encourage some nasty comments in SM, in order to stir up some reactions among viewers of SM? Just a thought, a long shot. But, who knows what else TPTB do to manipulate?
