I dunno, every bachelor or ette that I have watched has said the same things to all of them I could see me living here or see them being a part of that person life, I really don't put much stock into anything the lead say until they choose their F1....

yes, I have also heard those phrases used as fillers but it was the way she said it ...kind of a "what the h... is going on here?" that made it sound real.

Yes that is true and also she didn't say it to Chris himself in that preview but said it in her PI after her date with him. And to me she sounded emotional and surprised.

Regarding phrases often spoken, I had to chuckle over this one...
At the end of FRC with Ashley and JP (and, yeah, I can hear folks moaning in anguish by my referencing a past season so many think there is absolutely no comparison to... see also the PI screencap thread), there is an amusing conversation:
Ashley: "So did you ever think that it would all end like this?"
JP: "You walked in the first rose ceremony and you were, like, my husband is definitely in this room and I was, like, what the %$#@ is she talking about?"
Ashley: "And it's yooooou!"
JP: "And it is me."
Actually what she said was "I think my husband is in this group". As she says that, she is looking towards her left hand side. Just before this line, we have a wider view of the guys toasting post-ceremony and JP is clearly on that side.
In episode #1, we had this series of lines with Andi...
Andrew (shown): You have the leg up here because you've seen this before.
Andi (shown): I know, but I haven't seen this before. (pan shot)

And I am posting this for you because I really don't think the majority here will be able to read through all of this.
It is a HUGE TRUCK LOAD!
We have repeating lines of dialogue... and "situations" resembling past seasons with each contestant as well as a strange "parallel edit" with two of the final four.
Nick, for example, has connections with both Emily's f2 Arie and Des f3 Brooks with his 7th episode fireworks display. Also like Des with Brooks, Nick "could be the one at the end" in episode #7. Could be, not would be.
Nick also has connections with three dumpees in Ashley's season:
In Venice, he wore a mask like Jeff. Jeff was eliminated in episode 3 and burned his mask in the fireplace (but had a spare to sell for charity in Men Tell All). Jeff told Ashley: "True love starts from something on the inside and, yes, physical attraction is important, but really long term... it is all about what's on the inside." In the gondola, Nick reads the inscription to Andi: "Don't fall in love with the most beautiful woman in the world, but with the one who makes your world more beautiful."
Also burned like Jeff's mask... in episode #5 Ashley's season was a rose intended for William Holman, who was eliminated in a date with Ben C. from New Orleans. William called himself a "jack-ass" after the comedy roast and later when he got dumped. A different Nick (the body builder in Ashley's who later won Bachelor Pad) was furious about William "swooping" in with Ashley at a cocktail party. This season's Nick is accused of making a "jack-ass" move twice by Chris. Also William was a 30 year old boy (his words), while Nick says he has a 12-year old "boy crush" in Santa Barbara.
Nick also has the following three key connections with Ashley's F2 Ben Flajnik...
1.) Nick in Episode #7: "I will be sailing into hometowns"
Ben Flajnik & Ashley Hebert (Episode #7 Taiwan)
Ben: We'll touch on that on hometowns.
Andi: Whoa! You're feeling pretty confident.
Ben: I feel good about a hometown date. (Ashley laughs)
Ben later tells Ryan Park, while the group date is taking place, "I don't see JP getting a rose..."
2.) Group date in Brussels...
Andi to Nick: Sacred grounds.
Nick: I know.
Andi: So how close can you get?
Nick: I probably shouldn't.
Andi: giggle giggle
Nick PI: I really want to kiss Andi right now but respect the sanctuary we're in.
Three years ago... episode #5 Chiang Mai by the elephant temple
Ashley: You know we can't kiss here?
Ben: Oh really?
Ashley: That's how sacred this place is.
Ben: That's gonna be tough...
Ashley: Is it?
Ben PI: As much of a romantic setting that it is... and I want to go in for a kiss, I couldn't because we are close to the temple and it's sacra-religious. It's not allowed. No no kissing.
3.) Nick gets The Guitar Rift over these lines of his in episode #7:
"Andi is surprised when she sees me and her immediate reaction is if there's anything wrong. It was a comforting feeling. That was her initial reaction. It was, like, please tell me you're not going anywhere."
Ben gets The Guitar Rift (also episode #7 and within the same 20-30 minute interval) over these lines of his:
"Standing here and holding Ashley feels right and it is the first time it has felt right in a long time for me... so I am genuinely happy."
OK the lines are different, but like Nick, Ben does most of the talking.
Josh and Marcus have a bizarre parallel edit going on.
-Even though Chris was first out of the limos in episode #1, he was edited second and Marcus edited first. Josh is last both in reality and on screen. (Chris is edited second and Eric is second to last... both getting parallel edits as well.)
-Their sitdowns in groups dates often follow each other.
-In BoysIIMen, both sing that they forgot the words.
-There is much commentary about each other getting roses and dates (examples, the abc.com extra with Harrison discussing "bromances" has Marcus admitting being uncomfortable about seeing Josh go out with her, also Marcus commenting on Josh' connection when he got the BoysIIMen date rose, Josh "bleeping" when Marcus gets called in Brussels, etc.)
-When JJ is complaining in Venice, he repeats... twice... "we shouldn’t be happy"... once over Josh, then once over Marcus.
-Likewise, during the awkward silence with Nick, Josh coughs twice... once over himself and once, thanks to editing, over Marcus.
-During all of the Nick conversation, the camera kept panning from Josh to Marcus and back again during all of the "strategy" talk directed to Nick. Twice, Marcus discusses Nick making top two and "walking"... over HIMSELF. Despite both guys successfully making it to hometowns (which is what Nick was attacked for), they both look unhappy when Andi says "I’m excited to meet y’awl’s families". In the promo for Monday, she voice-overs first Marcus, then Josh "I don’t think anyone could have imagined that it would be like this."
Josh has some parallels with several past dumpees including Ryan Park, who also had the nervous "hi" "hi" routine going on. Also both guys had their hearts beating out their chests. When William's luggage was removed in Chiang Mai, Ryan was quick to comment as JP (Ashley's F1) also watched but had his comments deleted from screen. When Cody's luggage was removed in Italy, Josh commented while Chris stayed quiet... any lines by him were edited out so Josh (like Ryan) is the one commenting. But... hey! No need to worry. We have spoilers "proving" he is F1, don't we? That is all that counts. Not any tomfoolery in the edit.

Jef H.: "Yesterday seems to have been a pretty emotional day for Emily... and when the guys came back, they told me what happened. So... one of my goals for today is definitely make sure Emily is feeling OK... and I just want to let her know that I am there for her and I care about her."
