Being spoiled and having favorites changes most people's perspective, and it is tough to be objective, even if you think you are. There are a few here who are successful at it, but I'd guess not many. I am first in line for being guilty as charged.

I'm not sure if it's even a case of spoiled or unspoiled but what we as viewers like. You knew prior what the spoiler was and yet you're drawn to Nick.

It's been said before... watch with the sound off Looks a lot different when you focus on BL and gestures and smiles and the ways of kissing...

Doesnt give you the bits left in the editing studio, but removes the sliced and diced VO!

If you are only looking at the edit for the 'Love Story' you need to be aware that it is designed to deceive and send you down blind allies, so you need to be very aware of the tricks played on the viewer.

I agree with Sophie watch the BL, the VOs and the splice and dice are only there to fool you.

  the edit can be quite deceiving but if you look at the connection the lead has with the guys it is usually pretty obvious who their F1 is. andi does all sorts of affectionate gestures with josh she does with no one else (little nose kisses, foreheads touching, calling him babe, multiple kisses upon seeing him at HTD). the edit is trying to make it look like nick is F1 right now which is what happens pretty much every season with the F2. also, the F1 gets a lot of doubt injected into their storyline at this point.

The gestures that you speak of could also be misleading. It's the Lead's job to draw the viewers into an emotional journey with all four of her F4 guys. However, the edit gives the storyline for each couple. I see Nick being edited as the "Skeptic" that didn't believe that he find the love of his life in such an "artificial" environment. However, Andi and Nick's relationship keeps moving forward. Will he finds his future wife in Andi? Will she choose Nick and make him a "Believer?" I see Josh being edited as the "Hot Jock." Someone who reminds Andi of her painful past relationship with a former hot jock. Although Andi is physically attracted to Josh, she has serious trust issues and doubts with him from the beginning. Andi and Josh relationship is slowing moving forward. Will Andi get past the continually trust and doubt issues regarding their relationship? Does she want the "traditional" married life? I only focused on Josh and Nick because I do think that they will be the F2 guys in the end.

But that does not explain away the gestures in my opinion. It's not all about acting a different part with each guy all of the time. There are real emotions and feelings going on here, it is a show, but it is not a movie. It would seem that each lead begins to behave just the way they would if they were having the dates and alone time with the contestants in the real world. Andi does feel things for more than one guy, yet how she behaves with them sets each apart.

I agree it is hard to remain objective if we are leaning a certain way, but I have seen more than a few comments about people who are not spoiled, or who have only watched one or two recent episodes thinking that she picks Josh. Others say the same for Nick. The only person with the correct answer is going to be Andi.

It would be so interesting if we had a true BL expert who doesn't watch the show to give their expert opinion.

Andi is mislead all F3 guys. Period. There is only one that she is NOT misleading.

Yes.  I'm looking to see which storyline makes the most sense to me.  Even it we don't go by the edits.  We have Josh who's the perfect fit for Andi; then, we have Nick the not so perfect fit for Andi.  Who will she choose at the end?   Will she choose one who is the perfect fit??  Or will she the one who that's not a picture perfect fit???

Boy, they certainly showed the "hubba hubba" clip for Andi and Nick. No doubt it looked passionate.
