I got that right but I was on the boards and many of the spoiled folk would bring across all the media stuff etc. so that helped a lot. Plus litta and grace did a lot of SC stuff. It was like the old days - pre-RS.

In the interest of full disclusure - I did start off watching Seans season non-spoiled but stayed away from the boards because there was no non-spoiled sleuthing going on at all. So I missed reviews of the Sean episode Previews and the other tools .
I called that one wrong. I though he was really into Des till episode 5 or 6 when I went on youtube to try and watch some vids and got spoiled from the comments section. I literally had to go back to re-watch the Catherine parts because at that point I would not even have picked her out of a line up if my life depended on it.
I think sleuthing helps with guessing the outcome.

I don't know but after last season I would hope they planned for a spectacular season this time around.  I just can't write off Marcus or Chris as a possibility yet.. It's just too odd of a season

I just have a niggling feeling that something huge is going to go down sometime but I'm not sure what or with whom. Can't get over the fact that post-HTD SCs have not been released for a purpose.

I know these are small details but the whole switch from who got the GR last episode back to the original intel and that he did not correctly identify who went on which 1on1 dates in ep7 says that there are some chinks in that armor for RS. It is not slam dunk.

  When I read JBFs evidence for Chris I feel that Chris ends up as F1, when I read Muras clues for Nick and read Andi's blogs I think he is F1, then when I read the evidence of what the Josh fans have compiled I think Josh is F1 and when I watch the actual episodes I think Marcus is F1.

As you can tell I am easily swayed.
Next season Non-spoiled. I called that one I watched non-spoiled correctly.  

It is really strange no long preview. I know that since Ashely's season there has always been that longer preview that says "coming up the rest of the season" with stuff from the FDs and drama from the last couple episodes. Pretty sure it was shown after ep 6 each time because last season I was obsessed with when we would get it with the lack of Brooks screencaps and I remember checking back on youtube to see when they came out each season. I was really surprised Mon there wasn't one. Maybe because next week has enough drama of it's own to promote, or they are hiding something that comes along near the end. But really if they had some great drama/twist coming up, I think that would be promoted. The promo with Des last year really grabbed attention and interest and got people talking about what was an overall boring, uninteresting season, so ... not sure what to think about that. Hiding something or no drama to promote? They don't change up their formula often so it is noticeable that the preview didn't happen.

I know it's a "weird" season. (as Andi would say)  I'm  not even up to speed on all the Josh spoiled info, but what I have read, I'm like okay, game over.  But when I watch on screen, I see something forced for lack of a better word.  Last episode on the group date when she was talking to Josh, and he was ticked about the lie detector test. I felt like Andi was searching for something concrete out of him, and not just spin.(and I don't mean an ILY either)  Josh talks a lot but he doesn't really say anything, and I think that's part of what was frustrating her.

She wants someone to articulate what they are feeling and thinking, and this is where I think Nick comes in.  Nick can do that very well.  But then again she has questions about "salty Nick".

Marcus is sweet and doing all the right things..  no drama.  But when I look at the edit/PI's VO's he seems to get lost.  Andi seems to be very attracted to him, (who wouldn't be!) but I wonder if him saying he was going to leave makes her question him.  He had already met her, so why wouldn't he want to stay? Marcus too could easily be f1 given he does get 2 dates, and he's no conflict

Chris seems like the only one that could be the dark horse. After his 1-1 Andi said he was there and made things good,  I immediately  thought of all the other Bachelorette seasons, as JBF posted where that had happened. And that has happened twice.   I don't know if it means anything but when you look at all the VO's that are placed over a camera shot of Chris it's rather amazing.  Then again, Chris has had the least time with her, and he has not been shown with her in every episode, whether on a date, after party,or rc cocktail party, and I think that's important.  This next episode will be pivotal with Chris.

I don't know what to think either.. when I see Chris and Nick such buds post show, makes me doubt that either are f1. But after Des' season, I'm waiting to see the next couple episodes before I make any decision.  I was so pleasantly surprised with Des' ending so I'm hoping for something similar.

You are right. We should have something by now. Even Emily's season, which was sparse initially regarding hometowns and beyond, gave us the goods in episode #5. This would especially be true given that only Brian and Dylan are "spoiled" as pre-hometown dumpees.

No... something alternative happens this season that they don't want us to see yet. I also suspect that Eric's death being announced also has an impact to some degree. Fleiss knew how easily fooled Steve would be with "evidence" that may not be what he thinks it is, on account of a twist at the end of this.

Adding to the mystery is that we now have matching PI sessions with Chris (8 different outfits), Marcus (2 outfits), Nick and Josh (one outfit each) that have LA mansion backgrounds and I am STILL very doubtful these were all shot during hometown week. There are just too many of them. Therefore, I suspect all four guys did sessions post-show, narrating certain moments of their "journey". If "heartbroken", some would have been forced to by contract, yet none of the guys look upset... apart from Josh being a little "stern" discussing the lie detector test. It as if three of these guys at least got something they wanted at the end of this, with or without Andi involved.

Another curio with the seasonal promo is the rapid montage shown before her line "My life is about to change forever." The last time we had a montage-within-a-promo was Jason's. He stated before his that he never expected things to go down as they did (paraphrasing). After his montage, there was a contestant commenting on his crying, followed by his balcony cry when Molly left. However, this season is not hinting any switch at the end, just an ending different than any previous season including Jason's.

He could still be coming back from DR as per the pic that is out there. He and Nick could be coming back at around the same time...so does this leave Chris as the F1?

The key word above is "could", but the question mark was missed. There is NOTHING to sleuth beyond hometowns. It is all a guessing game.
