Quite unsual...has that ever happened? Even in Des' season they still managed to patch a couple of scenes together to make it appear as if she had 3 FD's.

Just rewatched the preview and Andi asks Josh's mom "Do you see Josh cutting the cord?" And Lauren says "I don't see Josh cutting the cord..."

Does anyone have an idea what "cutting the cord" means?

I was wondering that too! I am team #andiandmommamurray. Lady love! I loved seeing them talking in the preview, it got me giddy. Can't wait for next week.

Sure. It is a metaphor for the umbilical chord which is cut at birth. When a man is very close to his mother the catch phrase of "cutting the chord" is used because he behaves as though the umbilical chord was never cut.
