I know that Arie snuck into Emily's room... and I think they are other room sneakers (in seasons of the Bachelor).
I know the guys are jealous and I know there is a lot of animosity, but they also noted at the last cocktail hour after Nick left the room, that they all were wanting time with her... and probably should have done what Nick did - Nick just made it happen.
I don't think Nick should be hated because he wants to spend time with Andi. Again, I'm choosing to believe that he is just overwhelmed with his feelings and not willing to sit on the sideline waiting for his turn... he's not really taking any action against the others, rather for himself. He's making it happen.

Arie did this with Emily after she gave him hell in London.

Unlike a lot of "villian" edits the main opposition to the "villian" usually still dislike or don't associate with that person post-show, yet Nick's main opposition Chris (already visited him in Chicago) and Brian (per Brian they facetime after every episode), not only can "stand" him are all overtly bromancing with him.  

I get why the guys are pissed at Nick. I also don't think it makes Nick a bad person, and I think the main indication he isn't a bad person is his relationships with the guys post-show.
