Yeah. You can do it. But I would love to see the statistics on how many complaints are filed and the percentage that are removed and in what context and timeframe. You have to file a lawsuit to actually have any shot of getting it removed. Nick doesn't want to spend his own dime to do that and that would just bring huge media attention to the videos because it would all be of public record. No point.

I just want to point out that they cut Nick's segment here (O:53) on the main epis/Ep.5 for some reasons :uptonogood

im crazy about you.....IMO they basically cut out the romance to choke down 'manipulative' word to our throat :shocked!: . yeah, totally buy it

It was awkward to watch Nick read a poem in the middle of their one on one time together considering all the drama.

totes agreed.... i don't like how they make him out the be the bad guy. Did you see him tweet Coach and Chris with the "here we go" - he knew it was coming.

i havent seen the episode yet, but i did read a recap. it seems like he owned up to it? if thats the case, it sounds like he's human and at least recognizes what he did was wrong, ya? i'll have to watch it.
