I'm not sure about Brooks, I was guessing because he posted pics of him a bunch/tweeted about him last season. JP and Elan are like besties and if he wasn't his handler early on, he was by HTD I think. Elan could move in on F4 and could moved on to Nick after Brian gets sent home. But I don't really know. I think others here would know better than me!

It seems like producers are still favorable of Nick dispute the video leak.

But they all went very far...do they assign people to Elan that they think will go far? Or is he so good at handling them that he makes them go far?

I think that with the show, Nick becomes a public figure, and rules are different for public figures. You really can't invade a public figure's privacy when they are in public places.

I don't think Elan had handling duties (of contestants) last season. As far as I know he was head/segment producer + JP's (kinda) handler.

I was looking at Elan's instagram today and found this. I seems like he's against spoilers.

Things that make you go

The video isn't copyright infringing like putting up parts of the show on youtube. They have no say over a person posting what they want on youtube as it doesn't break any of their rules. They simply can't do anything about it so the video stays up.
