Would Eric have had his accident around that time?  I don't recall the date or for how long he was on life support.  They all might have been given the news of his accident but not particulars.
Given Andi's last convo with Eric and the possible lack of closure, plus her lack of sleep etc she might have just projected her emotions into a different scenerio.

Eric had his accident on April 20 - the day of Josh's HTD and passed away on the 23rd which was the HTD rose ceremony. This wouldn't jive with Italy at all.

Maybe JJ? They show him crying and he had a one on one plus the GD rose the episode before, he said he was a nerd, and he is kind of attractive in an interesting way and is smart, etc. It could be over him. "Let's be honest" she's dramatic.

Maybe .... She probably does like JJ but to be bawling over him leaving just seems to be overkill to me.
