Also I though they had more minor handlers do the safehouse visits not the Elans, Cassies, etc. I could be wrong.  I thought they had the house to themselves and the handlers just brought them what they wanted/needed.

The most disturbing thing about the photo with the people in the pool is they all look normal. Elan is not normal. 
Kind of like Sesame Street song:
