Looks like Louise won as her insta has so much more then the other contestants in recent times ( hence she is very happy) also look at the photo jess and Lisa are clearly not thrilled. Sam and Louise look close...bet they are the final 2. This photo says it all!
I think Jess looks like she is trying to do one of her looks.

Yes it's Sam that said she feels sick. And Louise was shown to be crying, it is going to be very emotional for all the girls whoever it is at this point; even Blaked looked very emotional based on the preview.

I think this season is going to be very eyeopening with regards to how a bunch of girls who became amazing friends see their friends rejected when they're falling in love with the same guy right in front of them -- and in that very moment if they stay it's huge news that the guy wants them to stay... extremely mumbled up emotions I assume -- glad to see whatever happend the girls have created beautiful friendships -- i just love how normal and thoughtful of eachother they seem compared to the US bachettes who either form cliques or would not look twice when someone else leaves -- quite a unique group of girls and I gotta say it's been one of my fave things about the season

mercieme wrote:Grace I agree with your assessment of Blake. I think though if Sam makes it to F2, something major would have to go down for Blake not to choose her because he knew her last relationship really hurt her & because of that I think Blake would let her go at F3 instead of building it up more with her. If Sam is not the F1, I think he will let her go at F3. Regarding your question about Sam, based on an Instagram posting of her youngest brother, it appears they lost their father sometime ago & that might explain why she took up a nurturing role for her younger siblings.
Thanks, I've not been paying close enough attention it seems! I didn't hear Sam say she was badly hurt in her last relationship. Sam seems quite a bit younger than the other girls. I've not noticed their ages other than that Lisa is 27. I was thrown on Blake by the past gf posting here, his suspended license and both him and Lisa ending a relationship to do the show, but most of the girls that have been eliminated seem to think highly of him. He's very perceptive for a guy. I like the way he's going about this. If he wasn't serious about finding a wife, he'd just be the the stereotypical bachelor looking for the hottest girl, but I sense he's given this a lot of thought.
I wonder if he knows Lisa is a smoker and is OK with that? Someone said his mom is/was a smoker. Maybe Lisa has quit now or maybe that was a false rumor. I think Jess will get eliminated next. I agree with you that Sam is either F3 or F1 based on what you told me. Past gf told us Sam/Lisa are the F2, so does that means Sam is F1? Her go TeamLisa on IG would be too obvious if Lisa is F1, but not if she is. I do see Lisa as funny and the more mature, calming one though. She fits that description best imo. Sam is the most like Rachel McAdams character in the Notebook. I'm not sure I see Louise as that passionate. She's calming and grounded though. It's so nice that there's no RS to spoil it for us!

Great perspective Grace. Another poster later said we should not believe the earlier postings about Blake. Who knows what the real truth is. I have really warmed up to Blake & think he is pretty solid & grounded. I also think he really wants to find the one person that balances / completes him. In one of the latest interviews (think it's a link in Louise's interview that Emusha posted), he said he made his final decision by asking himself one question, when I think of love, who do I see & that was the person that ended as his F1.

I've enjoyed keeping up with this thread! I'm curious about the name Louise popping up. She wasn't spoken about all that much and now there is speculation she may be F1? Or do I have it all wrong?

GA, yes you have it right. We are all in agreement that the F4 are all amazing & Emusha also articulated well how refreshing it is that all the girls are supportive of each other.
Louise is being speculated because she has been hidden even more so than Lisa. Also she checks the box on being a great wife material but as Emusha said up thread & Blake also confirmed, we don't think she checks the box yet on having that "it" intangible spark with Blake that Sam seems to have.
Another thought that just occurred to me is that since filming was still ongoing for at least a month after the show already started airing, it's possible that the producers may not have known who to hide. Or they may just want the choice in people's face in contrast to season 1 where there was more of a surprise factor.
It's over next week & I am prepared for anyone at this point but personally I think it's between Louise & Sam.

below is the article. on that note I did notice that he uses the word "love" (from what we're been shown) a lot when he's around Sam starting even from the date at the fields where he said he "loved being around her" and other times like when he said he "loved how she mumbled through" telling him her feelings or even just pointedly asking if she "has found love" or when he's saying that "he would love her to keep opening up to him and falling for him" or asking her while seated with lisa "do you think you'll fall in love during this process?"
He's used it enough times that I started to take notice. With Louise he describes "feeling loved" but def much more frequently with sam... makes you go hmmmmm

Louise is a veryyy impressive young lady 26yrs old at that! (the top 4 are 24 - Jess, 25 - Sam, 26- Louise, 27 - Lisa - Louise comes off as the most mature)
She went to oxford also lived in the US at some point, is athletic, cute, girly and very well-rounded - quite reserved and quiet at the beginning - quietly confident. She's also quite mature and openly communicative about her feelings (caring and affectionate) which I believe has helped her connect with Blake quickly though she was a latecomer. We're being shown her quite a bit more recently vs. before her straight hair/no lipstick change when she wasn't on anyone's radar (even Blake's I'd say) after the very first episodes. There's quite a bit of physical attraction from Blake cos she made him so nervous that he had a hard time looking straight at her at the veryy beginning - she's also one of the girls that got the pre-rose-ceremony roses in the first episode...Her first date was one many girls were envious of - on a luxurious boat ride
I think her natural look and more vulnerable side has made her much more open, confident and accessible to Blake (i suspect she might have been a bit intimidating at first). He's expressed his misgivings wondering out loud if there's enough passion and spark between them (compared how she makes him feel to her as a breathtaking/serene view from the mountains they had their last date on IMHO this description doesn't bode well for her prospects as F1 and shows how he might be in awe/totally attracted but not getting passionately involved with emotionally). Louise is also totally likable and adorable -- complete package wifey material...so many people are loving seeing her...however, I do think they as a couple lack a bit of spunk together ...they work as a couple but I don't know if they add excitement to each other's lives

I think Louise is great, but it would surprise me if he describes her as "very, very funny". That conversation he had with Sam in front of Lisa was pretty crazy and awkward. I know they were playing a truth game, but that was a bit much in front of Lisa! Maybe the wine was flowing. They have definitely shown him to be the most invested in Sam and the one he is chasing imo.

Thanks everyone for the recap! I'm not so confused now. Good point mercieme on them not knowing who to hide if they were still filming while the premiere aired. That's a whole month, anything can happen.
If we learned anything from sleuthing, it's the one the lead chases that we need to pay attention to, rather than the other way around, so that's a good point grace.
I like that the contestants have all formed a strong friendship. I know drama creates viewers, but I personally don't like the drama.
What epi are we at, and how many are left till FRC?
