I mean... how can Chris change clothes so many times if these were all done in a day during hometown week?

Figured I should at least document what is being said here...

Nick says just before his PI in voice-over: "I'm ex-tactic for my first date with Andi but I still don't know her. She doesn't know me". Then we SEE him say the following in what might be a franken-byte edit job: "Let's be honest. What are the chances things will work out?" Then back to a slightly different sounding "but you'll never know..." Then we don't see him say, "after today, I'll have a pretty good idea" but we do see "of whether there's something there or not"... although it sounds like those two lines go together. It is hard to determine if he is talking only about Andi here and not on some situation instead. Very nebulous.

Marcus says in one of his two: "I think any guy will go to any extent to make sure they have that rose." He says it with a touch of sarcasm (arched eyebrow). This scene was edited before Chris Bukowski's attempt to crash Meet & Greet in episode #1... and Marcus' outfit matches his Meet & Greet scenes. Perhaps Bukowski's situation parallels a move happening later in the season?

In the 2nd shot that also matches his clothes to the edit, Marcus appears to be discussing Craig but may potentially be discussing somebody else. "He got drunk enough that producers had to calm him down and take him back home."

In the FIVE (ugh!) PIs of Chris, the one matching 4th rose ceremony has him saying "Seeing Nick come back with Andi is tough, because I definitely wanted to be that guy who was able to spend some time consoling her in a difficult moment... so yeah, it is definitely tough."

In another, he discusses Ron leaving. This is the only one with different outfits.

In his BB outfit, he is discussing Brian the coach.

In his bow-tie matching Santa Anita, Chris sees himself with Andi 30 years from now, that being edited right after the older couple discussing their 55 year marriage.

In his gray sweatshirt one, he feels very lucky to be here right now and start his love story with Andi.

If... Chris is a dumpee, this pinpoints all of them to hometown week and that week only. Yet I kinda doubt he was all in a romantic "haze" at the time of Eric's death. Also, would the editors been that far along to match all of those outfits to each date?

This is one screwball season.

"she could be the one who says 'yes' to me" / "she's worth going end of the world for"

I get it. The editors want us to think he's Speedy Gonzales, "falling" faster than anybody else. Yet these lines are better suited for a hometown or later date... maybe even "Last Chance" Date after meeting the folks. Also nothing here matches the place they were eating at in Connecticut. His hair and face also look different, but it could also be the lighting.

It really doesn't. There are other PIs during that date. Andi's PIs background different from one where he has the rose (probably after the entire date in the hotel ?).

The room they ate in has an electric fireplace so would such a small in have 2 ?

That PI sticks out like a sore thumb! Ha ha! It drives me BONKERS!

In the back of my mind, I keep thinking all four guys have "stuff" extending beyond hometowns. Either somebody "boomerangs" from the F4 position... or Eric's death halts the rose ceremony. This would explain the late arrivals of Josh and Nick on planes and airports. Yet do we have 100000% proof that Marcus and Chris were home before FRC? Also the sneaky way all fantasy date footage is missing in the promos hints that Andi's hands may have been full late in the season.

Marcus "appears" to me by way of his edit, as a F2. Chris, of course, is F1. Yet Josh and Nick have such oddball edits, I can't place where they are since they seem neither F3 or F4-ish. Like Jeremy/Reid/Ryan Park/Kacie B. "I'm Switzerland".

Speaking of Marcus, there was also the oddly located set where he gave her his letter and she dashed off. It was a doorway but also outside (thinking high fence with a wooden gatedoor). It was never sc-ed. Could someone do that? I think it was epi 3 GD cocktail party.

One of the experts here will do that, but I am re-watching it now. It is also oddball that he and Nick each give her notes during the same time period.

JBF, regarding the bolded, maybe it works out better if your make Marcus F1, Josh F2, Nick F3 and Chris F4. LOL

What Inn would Litta be referring to??? I also agree that the PI could be from a LCD.

I would bet that is from Griswold Inn in Essex. I have been there before, but I can not find that particular room. They have several private dining areas, though.

^^Remember, Andi took Marcus to the oldest working Inn in...??? CT? America? I don't recall what she said, but this could be a one of their rooms that people stay in as opposed to the dining area.

We had a similar situation with the infamous Clare cap that I insisted had to be St Lucia because it matched nothing in the New Zealand Hotel? I looked everywhere. It was totally wrong for the decor, but ultimately I relented because I could match a weird curl in Clare's hair. So, it could very well be CT even though we can't find the background.
