You are so right about Josh being the most affectionate with her. I can't get out of my head that kiss with Nick and Andi on that bridge and Nick's arm is by his side when he's kissing her. With Josh he has her in a bear hug and always holding her hand or has his arms around her. There is just such a big difference in the physical actions with Josh and Nick with Andi. Josh may not have said I love you in words but his action and kisses should tell Andi a lot. Then when he does say IYU he will really mean it because he took time to know her first. The others just said it way to fast for me.

Was there a preview of the rest of the season yet?  It would be fun to sleuth some FD or LCD screencaps.

Well, darn it.  Wonder what they're waiting on.  Maybe it will come just before HTDs.

Lost and always, one point I thought of (tied in with JPG's season) is that she is grilling Josh on his past relationships and his feelings; something that she gave JPG major s*%! for not doing! Despite this, Josh is not really offering much information (that we are being shown anyway) For example, Andi asks why do you like our relationship and Josh says, I just do...we're on the same page, etc... but, HOW are they on the same page?! I agree with him-- based on non-verbals and the comfortableness of their interactions but I want to know specifics! I think Josh has been very demonstrative of his affections but his being so slow to say ILY parallels JPG as well. (I know-- JPG wasn't supposed to say it until ATFR and Josh should have said it 2 episodes ago! :giggle:) Because of my past experience with the show, I can see the edit points with both Josh, Nick and Marcus....at least I think I can!!


ETA-- I am mad we don't have previews of the rest of the season too!!
nannymargie-- I also wanted to add that I totally agree with you re: Nick's body language; although he says the words, I don't see it in his actions.

I forgot he said that. I think she is the type that wants to hear the guy has fallen for her before she admits she has fallen. She has been cheated on before and isn't going to let that happen again. She wants to be sure the guy loves her. That is why she is okay with the fact that Marcus said it so early. She is confident that if she falls for him, it will be reciprocated and she has no fear of being turned down. I think the same with Chris and that is why she was pushing Nick for how he feels and got him to say he was falling for her. I don't believe he is though. But Josh won't say it and has told her he won't say it until he is sure it is the woman he wants to marry. I think she has fallen hard for him and is in turmoil because she can't be sure he is 100% falling for her. She said he is her type. I'll bet her type has been one that has strung her along. She has an instant physical connection and equates that to being in love and that is what she has with Josh. But she can't be sure if he is falling in love with her or using her for what he can get. If he won't tell her then her "fairytale" won't come true. I'm guessing this was left in to create drama and to "seal the deal" if he says it at FD or LCD.

nannie agree with your post, just look at your avi, he's all in, and shows it by his actions and how he is with her...unlike Nick, his don't seem genuine.

It is weird we haven't had an extended preview!

Libby, yes, now I remember (JPG), thanks for pointing that out, I can see that!

Peppermom, I think you are correct-- she was extremely attracted to Josh early on and her past trust issues are getting to her. She is wary of Josh because he is the type that has broken her heart in the past. She is waiting and waiting for him to say ILY since Marcus, Nick, Chris and JJ (although he is now gone) have said ILY to her-- everyone except the one that she wants to hear it from (IMO). TPTB would not have left in his discussion about not saying ILY until it is to the person he wants to marry was if there wasn't a reason. I have a hunch that he won't say it until either the FS or possibly until he knows he's her choice at FRC....how dramatic would that be? Only... cue CH.... the most dramatic, ever!

I'm not doing so well at the edit points with Nick and Marcus. With Marcus, I am thinking he is the head over heels F3. She will figure out she just doesn't love him like he loves her, feels stronger for other guys etc. But Nick, I'm really confused with this edit. I can't decide if he is actually a bit shy and that is why he is so hesitant around her or if he really isn't feeling it and is being urged to "play along". I think either one fits for the edit. What are you thinking about the edits for Marcus and Nick?

     For Marcus it could go one of two ways for me-- either he is the F1 that IS WAY HIDDEN and is going to swoop in at the last minute OR he is going to be the F3 or F2 that everyone loves. My bet is on the 2nd scenario and he should be TB (would love that!).
    For Nick, I think he could be the Clare of Andi's season and he will accuse Andi of stringing him along OR he could decide that it isn't working after all and leave early. This would leave Andi totally confused because Nick has already said ILY vs. Josh who hasn't-- she really wants to believe in Josh but will she take that leap of faith with someone who hasn't said ILY yet? My bet is on the 1st scenario but I could see the 2nd one, too.

I think this next one on one with Marcus will give a good indication of whether he is really a contender for F1 for me. I would need to see some real passion between them. I think they have shown some good kisses but not the passion I see with Josh or the ease I see with Josh. It will help that this date isn't an adrenaline date like last one. At least I don't think so. I would like to see him as the bach though.

I've been trying to write Nick out of the scene for weeks!   I'm sure I could come up with some more impossible situations to explain his leaving!!

I agree with you on Marcus-- he would have to be edited totally hidden and we'd have to start seeing SOMETHING bordering on real passion really soon for him to truly be a contender.
