It was taken 5/11 from Charlotte to Milwaukee. Last leg of the flight so no handler, before ABC released contestant photos. Nick is one of the last ones to be sleuthered out and I remember i felt he looked so different in many of his photos. I think the chance him being recognized was lower, seamy, than Josh. I know some people would say Nick probably mentioned about the show or Andi, however, I feel that from the part that's recorded when he never mentioned Andi by name, he would be more than careful to not mention the show by name. IMO of course.
Nutty, I know you listened to RS video chat one time so CMIIW, didn't he said he received the video hours after the spoiler? So convent!
I am not trying to dispute the validity of the video, but just some if the things I find puzzling, that's it.

I think he said something beforehand that caught someone's attn or clued them in. Also Nick is 6 '2" and prob attractive compared to most men..someone prob took notice of him....maybe they noticed he looked like a movie star Hehe. I'm still wondering..so are they allowed to tell a person or two about the ending..or are they under contractual obligation to tell no one. I don't want Nick to get sued for $5 million or something.

See, I agree someone may take a picture of him, but to the point of videotaping his private conversation? I know we have discussed this before.  I will definitely eavesdrop, but not recording. Will you? Again, what are the odds?

What if RS paid someone/someones like you would the paps to scout out certain airports and be there to get this footage? 
I don't know how the particular details would work, but I would not be surprised if $$ exchanged hands in a plan in order to get this.

hi have not posted since Des' season where I was a big Brooks fan now I am on the Nick fan bandwagon.  I am hoping he by some miracle turns out to be F1 but I think Chris may be the dark horse in this battle especially with the recent edit they have given Nick.  I wish I could find some concrete clues to point to Nick as F1 but nothing has yet.  If anything things seem to pointing to him as her either F3 or F2.  F3 only because if the video is legit, he could be venting that she picked josh over him to go to the FRC and assumes that who she is with.  If it's a foiler, he can be helping TPTB by covering Chris as real F! and letting everyone think its Josh. Who knows with this crazy show.

From what I know, that only happens before the FD.  true or false?

So you think that RS put spies in all the connecting airports on the off chance that someone would spill the beans? I don't buy that but I do buy that whoever taped this video may have been compensated after the fact by RS.

I don't think it's a far reach that RS was given a heads up as to when certain people might be flying and what airports they might be flying to/from and I think that if he had people at those locales to contact them, offer the $ for their service would be ez. 
I do not think RS had "spies" working all the airports stateside. No.

Absolutely. I agree with this. It's quite possible this is what happened. I can also see the possibility of a random person recording it too. Either way, whoever it was, they were paid for it. No doubt in my mind about that and there's also really no doubt about the video either. I love reading how people think it's a possible foiler because I love reading all of their thoughts and possible scenarios. In my eyes, however, this would be one hell of a foiler that would include multiple people - including the lead and the spoiled F2 and it would have to go beyond the video as we know we've been given some other clues too.

I think the show is moving in new directions and no longer ends with the FRC. It's almost like TPTB know the time frame between the filming the FRC and the airing of the FRC is baking time. They need to get the right temp and time in order to make a good product. 
I'm still laffing at the visual of RS having a spy at every airport.
