This is so funny ...I was thinking of how well Josh wears his clothes , and thought he was wearing gray jeans on the boat . LOL  As far as his scarf, I only like them worn with a coat or jacket .  But now you guys have me going...I better go check him out again. Any excuse will do ...     

Go take one for the team!    Maybe Josh had a jacket on, and gave it to Andi to wear across her legs...if I'm not mistaken, that black dress she has on for the GD evening is short and not a whole lot of material.

For females it's okay for us to wear a scarf without a jacket but for guys it looks weird. Have you guys seen Josh's intro video? He was dressed casually and looked smoking hot in his fitted outfit LOL I think it's just when it comes to dressing formally he needs a little help.
