I am on Windows 10 Google Chrome and it's fine. I opened Edge under Admin and there weren't any new posts.  I cleared my cookies and cache, hit view new posts and a new one popped up already.

I don't think support has any answers ( I tried several times) Try the above, if it doesn't work, I'll try deleting the view new posts script and reinstalling it.

ETA: it must have worked for Edge because now there are four new posts showing up on Edge.

Hi GA, I sent you a PM regarding this problem. I just thought I would check this help thread and I see others are having the same problem refreshing the " View last post" button. I am using Windows 10 on my computer but I access the forum through AOL. I haven't tried clearing cookies though. Thanks for all your help.

It’s happening to me now too. It happens once in a while but usually when I’m on my iPad. I’m on Chrome.

There were two changes I made to the forum in the last couple of months. One was to make this reply box larger, and the other was to add a new "view new posts" option right below the number of pages rather than having to scroll to the very bottom of the page.

I'm going to delete both of those scripts as that's the only thing I can think of that's causing this problem. I'm going to do it right after I post this.

Give me a few minutes, then I suggest deleting your cookies cache and browsing history logging out then back in again.

Well I logged in on Chrome, but I am at work on their computer. I will try later how it works on mine.

I removed both scripts, but I see the view new post option under the page number is still there. It should be deleted but it's not!

I read the posts of others having problems then your post made at 8:06 p.m. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. 

I did not clear my cache or delete cookies but clicked both the "view new posts" at the bottom under the page numbers and then on the nav bar under the banner and both times it did give me 2 new posts a minute ago.

I started seeing "new posts " now. So it's whatever you did GA it worked. ( I hope the "view new posts" dosen't get deleted from under the pages numbers , I like it there, it's much easier. 

Thanks everyone for the info, it's helpful for me to try and figure this out.

I don't know why the view new posts under the page number is still there. I personally like it there and asked support to create a script for me a couple of months ago because I felt there was unnecessary scrolling to the bottom. Sometimes new scripts conflict and mess other things up which is what I thought might be the case. Computing 101 always go back to the last program you added and you'll probably find the culprit of a problem.

I will update once I know. In the meantime please keep me updated with any info.

Logged in using Edge - Admin. There were no new posts, there should have been. Cleared cookies etc, logged out/in and am seeing new posts now.

View New Posts under banner didn't.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] What happened when you used View New Posts under the banner? That was preinstalled when this forum was created and shouldn't affect anything. aacckk!

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Logged onto the forum and immediately clicked View New Posts both on top and bottom of the screen. Nothing is there. I can clear cache again and restart but think that is not going to solve the issue.
