You are in my head. I was thinking the same about Tasos. I was not expecting to like him so much. I thought he would be more of a Jeff type with the hipster thing, but he seems sweet and articulate and nice.

Nick...looked nervous, awkward, unsure...and she was not feeling him at all...despite giving him the FIR. I am not looking forward to what is coming.

Marcus looked good and seemed nice, but he does nothing for me.

Josh...not feeling him either. Rather too smooth for my taste and too much teeth.

I also liked Marquel and his cookies and Chris sweating from nerves. I also though, she wasn't into him either...no way is she ever going to go live on a farm.

Eric...she seemed to really like him and he was also one of my favourites. I want to know the truth with what went down with them and why he went home so early. I hope we get to see or if not, I want to know, what RS knows. I can't help but feel so bad for what we know is coming. It must be so difficult for his family watching him so full of life and looking forward to his future that they know ended so abruptly. My thoughts and prayers go out to them.

Did he actually say he was living on the farm? I must of missed that. With all his real-estate ventures, who's to say where she lives, or for that matter, where he would live if Andi did choose him?????

The video on Hulu (http://www.hulu.com/watch/638282 ) pretty much says he lives on the farm.

He said he lives on a farm and actually grows food like corn etc.

He said they farm 2000 acres and have 12000 hogs. That isn't a penny ante farm. Those tractors are very expensive plus all the other equipment they have. The farm home is quite large also. Since he has a college degree he may do a lot of the book work for the farm.

Andi told Chris at one point last night that she was open to the possibility of moving or she would not have come on the show. Also said if she didn't want to move she could have just dated a guy from Atlanta.

  If RS' spoiler is correct that is exactly what she is doing - dating a guy from Atlanta.

Me-osh and Me-Andi or MEME!

I don't see Andi leaving her parents and her community unless it was for some guy that really was her husband, father of children, but it would be a stretch I think. Josh being from Atlanta isn't so much convenient as it is just another reason he's the perfect fit. The sexy pool bantering where they're flirting like mad but saying nothing coherent was totally organic IMO. Most women have been there, done that and can probably relate, I could.

Good start of the season.  Andi reminded me some of Ali, but I didn't see the Jillian comparisons some have seen.

Pre-show: pics of Marcus and Eric certainly HOT and 'my type'!  

After now watching: Marcus (love his eyes) certainly got her attention, he did seem a little quiet.  Eric appeared to be all the great things we've read about him.  I loved his character when Andi walked in the room and he was the first to stand up (we southern ladies like that).  So sad that he's passed..

Josh, I liked the nervousness he had with her.  I haven't read thru all the threads yet, but saw a few posts re: he might have known her already?

Chris seemed really into her, but can't see either of them moving.

Nick was very relaxed and seemed genuine, Andi seemed relaxed w him.

Dylan was a nice bit of eye candy...somehow I missed him pre-season...guess I was distracted by Marcus.

This guy is no family farmer. He's big business. The average Iowa farm is 333 acres (most are less)  per Iowa Ag Dept. He, the family, has 6000 acres. Avg price per acre is $8000. Hogs kept the way they raise them, meet with a great deal of controversy. The hogs (not just a few little piggies--he said 12,000) are raised in an enclosed building and they live just like you see them in his intro video. Inhumane: probably, they get bored and chew off each others tails (notice they are clipped in the video) and bleed to death. The close quarters means that they share germs and get infections and need antibiotics (which we then eat). Leaks of animal waste in the air and water are a serious concern to people who live near them.
I am NOT judging him because this is considered an efficient way to raise pigs but it's a bit sad.

Listening to Me-andi (thanks Kasha!) reminded of an old Rod Stewart song that said "her ad-libbed lines were well rehearsed".  This Bachelorette performed in the courtroom on a regular basis and the experience will serve her well.
