So I was reading April's Bio and she says her favourite food is Pad Thai.

This is funny because in Tim's 98.1 Interview (youtube link in my previous post in this thread) he is asked what is his speciality when it comes to him cooking and he says he does a "mean Pad Thai"...

.... and the pieces to the puzzle are slowly falling into place....

Also, in that same interview Tim was asked what he plans on doing after the show is done airing and he said he wants to do a ton of traveling and the host jokes with him about how he would have someone with him. In April's bio she has traveling the world on her bucket list. Could be nothing or could be something haha.

April works for a Toronto based Real Estate company.

She works as a rental specialist so she would have to be in Toronto quite regularly for showings, etc. She would also have to be very familiar with the city in order to show people where their next home might be.
It makes one wonder if she does the Wasaga Beach/Toronto commute daily OR if she has a place/ lives in Toronto herself??

But even so, last night, they tried to make it seem like Tim was showing April HIS hometown, as IF she wasn't familiar with it already !!

Tim saw his parents as well during Episode 5!!?

Tim says in this interview that half-way through filming (10 episodes, so episode 5?) he saw his parents. Makes sense that it is episode 5 since he was in his hometown.

He tells how his parents were very apprehensive about him being TB and potentially getting hurt but that when they saw him and his smile they knew it signaled that... it would be a positive thing. Tim catches himself while speaking to make it generic but the fact that he mentions his family and we know he showed April his hometown (what Toronto means to him, basically) and introduced her to his best friend, etc... and all this happening in the middle of the show (10 weeks, week 5) all signs just confirm April as F1.

It seems from interviews that Tim took it very seriously that he was finding his life partner, not just someone to fall for.

I think April night have a place there in Toronto. Sachelle posted a picture to IG 3 weeks ago with April and it seemed like she was visiting April. A decent amount of the girls "liked" the photo including Trisha. It definitely seems like no matter how it went down, most of the F4 seem to be on really good terms.

Btw Sachelle's IG is now private.

she has to live in TO if she works there... that would be extremely hard if she had to make that commute to show properties and or do up the listings.

I could have sworn she said she lives in Toronto and grew up in Wasaga Beach.

Well that tidbit pretty much seals it up doesn't it. Tim is definitely most interested in April, that seems clear, he's different around her. I think it's obvious just because it is, they aren't hiding her but are trying not to hightlight her either. The interactions speak for themselves. I think the Canadian producers have no problem with showing the love connection as long as there is enough drama and story to get to the end. Seems with some of the ladies they'll get enough drama, so no point in hiding it to make it a surprise. I think with a smaller audience and pop culture presence too in Canada, people just want to watch the story unfold, less focus on keeping the ending a mystery.

I'm really liking Tim so much and his times with April have been so cute. I was wondering if he was whispering to her or kissing her neck after he gave her the rose and he was all nuzzled into her and we couldn't see his face. He just looked like he didn't want to move from that spot. My only worry is that even when he seemed to speaking so genuinely about finding his happiness when they talked by the waterfront, she almost seemed to be looking off, not really invested in what he was saying. I'm thinking it's just camera nerves and being reserved and hope to see her really open up to him. He seems well on the way to totally falling for her.

I noticed how straight-faced she seemed when he was talking too, but I think it's more that she's just so nervous around Time and the camera. her PI's I think seemed to be a little more natural and let us see what she was really thinking.
