Hi Steve:

When Andi Dorfman took a leave of absence from the Fulton County District attorney’s Office it was granted with the proviso that she would return to work no later than May 31,2014.

Do you know if she has returned to work as an assistant district attorney or has she quit her job. There does not seem to be any mention of her work status that I can find.

Comment: So that means since Sat is the 31st (my birthday), so she’d be expected back at work on Monday I assume. If Andi Dorfman is at her ADA job in Fulton County, Atlanta on Monday morning, I’d be stunned. She’s not going back to her job from what I can tell.

Andi responded in an interview post filming, when asked if she would return to her job, she replied "for now". That to me indicated she has other ideas for future work. IMO she loves the spotlight, and is very good at it. She had a taste of being i front of camera's during JPG's season, and probably thought being The Bachelorette opens a whole new window of opportunity which she'll take advantage of, and rightly so. She also indicated if she didn't expect there was a possibility of moving she wouldn't go on the show. IMO a one way ticket to LA!

Just curio, if she chose a Hollywood -Lala land route, Will Josh (IF he is the F1) on board with that? I just cant see it. She has more Chance with Nick or Marcus who IMO would be willing to move any where for her . Thought ?

Muras - Not sure why you think that Josh (who works in financial services) cannot move whereas both Marcus (own business) and Nick (Large Corp) would be willing to do so. Chris of course IMO is bound to his family.

I think i get an impression that Josh still need to be in GA area to support Steph finishing her school. Lauren has Said he is like an actual parent for both his lil bro and sis . Aaron hAd landed a new career in Kansas, so there left Steph as his last home work so to speak . Just my guess .

Josh and Nick have similar older brother storylines. Josh with his support of his brother's baseball career and now Steph. Nick, in his convo with Andi, said that he once saw himself as a father figure to some of his siblings but has since learned how to be a brother to them instead but that that was difficult. Same storyline; different point on the continuum. So far, no one else has this similarity.

I don't think that Josh is bound to Atlanta (or Athens) to be a parental figure to his sister. He was away from home while pursuing his baseball dream, he clearly likes his siblings and likes to be around them, but they have perfectly good parents who are around all the kids.... close knit family, but I think they probably all stand on their own.

If he's needing to be in Athens right now (isn't that where the UPS delivery gal saw him), it is most likely for business reasons. That is where some of his clientele is, and having been away for awhile, he probably wants to have some face time with them, letting them know that he's back at his desk- which is now in Atlanta. In Atlanta, he is no doubt chasing after new business since he had only lived there a couple of months before leaving on his adventure.

That being said, people in his business often take clients with them when they transfer firms since their clients value the personal relationship over the corporate one. Josh can go anywhere he can get hired- and the more clients he has when he tries to make the move, the better. It's why young people in his business like to live where they know lots of people. Josh seems to be outgoing, so he probably does quite well meeting new people and getting business from them- there are more potential new clients in Atlanta where his friends are more likely to be working, so it made sense to move there (with his same company).
