This is a great time to bring up my thoughts on this topic.

I totally understand there are posters who want to be spoiled and the excitement that comes from being spoiled. There's nothing wrong with that at all.

I also understand the thrill of sleuthing as I personally have been taught by some of the best who are still around here on this forum. When your interest is to sleuth, it doesn't matter what the spoilers are, the job is to prove the outcome by all the hard work that goes into it. It's not about who's right or who's wrong. It's about congratulating those who were right, and learning from the process if you were wrong.

The theme will be respecting those who want to sleuth, and those who want to be spoiled.

With RS and social media the last few years, it's difficult not to be spoiled, but it's NOT difficult to continue sleuthing. There are those who might want to continue sleuthing regardless of the spoilers, and I ask that each of you respect your fellow posters. Sleuthing is an ongoing conversation, speculating theories, based on actual proof, s/caps vids etc.

As always, everyone is entitled to their opinions, whether they are sleuthing or whether they are spoiled, whether they believe the spoilers or not. They are NOT entitled to disrespect those who choose to sleuth or disrespect those who choose to be spoiled.

I'm looking forward to what Andi's season will bring us!

With RS and social media the last few years, it's difficult not to be spoiled,

I'd add foiled to that.  RS gets it wrong too. We need to always keep that in mind. It makes the sleuthing fun again!

Seems like everyone has different opinions on the spoilers.

The fact that we are posting on the spoiler side means we are good with it. I had a lot of fun last season on the non-spoiler side till some sorta spilled the beans there with their arguing.

But the fact is the RS has ruined some of the fun for sure. There is no where to turn without seeing folks refer to what he has proclaimed. Its on twitter, comments on facebook, youtube videos, online articles. No getting away from it.
My fingers are firmly crossed that he doesn't get the confirmations that he needs and cannot declare the outcome this season. Des' season he got the entire F4 lineup wrong and it wasn't till MOT and others noticed that Drew was in fact in Antigua that the board realized that something was very off. He didn't even acknowledge this despite a lot of people emailing him till much later.
We have the main players already identified. IMO it will be way more fun to just watch how the relationships build and crash without bias.

Honestly, those have been the most fun seasons though most hard on the boards for those swimming in the wrong direction of the stream (pun intended). Chantal vs Emily is something I will never forget  :Biggrin:

That's what I live for! ha! Chantal vs Emily, Fridgegate and Roberto vs ChrisL StateFarm transfer to LA. are what makes me want to sleuth!

Yes I would love someone who is talented to post sc in a sc only thread! no discussion. I find it so hard to try to go to each thread and see sc..and I am not able to bring them forward.Thanks so much.

Question - Last season (JaunP) what was it that convinced folks that the spoiler was right ? And for those who held out till Clare got off the boat - that is was wrong ?

Sarah B ( Charlie's season) putting her house up for sale!.Even tho he did "see" both after filming for a short time! but my all time favorite was Fridgegate for sure. I think Bevin/Tessa was fun too!
