ETA. Since the sighting was a dance date which is not a typical F1 date, I'm guessing Nick got this date. Just my 2 cents .

But if everyone is so certain it's Josh, then your scenario isn't likely.

BTW: Since I cant see the pics and I got into the conversation late, I had no idea of what time of day the pic was taken....just sayin

While day portions of FDs are sometimes more public, has there ever been a night portion that has been anything but private (give or take 10 producers/camera people/ sound people).

The more public the FD's...with more people around, activities involved...dancers, shopping, etc...the less likely that person is F1.

Didn't Sean's FD with Lindsay involve dancers or some such thing out in the garden while having dinner? I'm pretty sure I remember that and it was one of the many reasons I didn't think she was the one.

Very true, so if that was Josh on that date, then the likely hood of him being F1 is quite minimal.

I remember Ali and Roberto dancing in the street in Portugal/Spain.

Yes.  That is usually one of the "tells" but Ashlee's date was also as intimate as Catherine's. (Could have meant that at that point Lindsay was the F3 and something happened on Ashlee's date that made her become F3 instead of Lindsay).  Anyway, usually though the non-intimate day dates would be true during the F2 - the one that usually had the private island date was an indication of F1 (usually).  The other "tell" is that the F1 has the bigger, nicer room often with pool or water feature during the fantasy dates.  I'm not really a good sleuth like most on this boards, just my observations from watching the bachelor/ette on and off.

I actually thought that Ashlee was so intense and the crying in the video may have had Sean take Lindsey instead of Ashlee, because by then he knew he was picking Cat and Ashlee would have gone Crazy if she got dumped at F2!

I also think there has been a bit of a shift since Emily's season, where the F1 seems to be getting later first 1:1s so the patterns have broken. I wonder if this is so TPTB can highlight more people to have on shows like Bachelor Pad and Bachelor in Paradise?

So I have posted that I think from pics so far she should pic Marcus, that I would like Josh for the bachelor or Marcus and his brother as co-bachelors.

BUT, what I really want to have happen is for Atem to finally get her wish and for both F2 to reject Andi. Then Aaron and Andi unfollowing each other would be really awesome, and we might see some cat fights on twitter!

Sorry to follow you around today but agree with this entire post.

While there is a good chance of Josh being f1, of the f4 I think he would be the most interesting to watch. Just that tiny clip of him goofing around on the B2M date is enough to tell us that he can really let go. What a concept for a lead. If he is not F1.
