Julychild, your point is well taken however does it matter if he separates himself for the Bach family now instead after The Bachelorette begins?  TPTB has already done well in ratings promoting "the worst bachelor ever".  I think it's even kinda weird for them to even want to have "the worst bachelor " promoting their brand. Bach nation is a deep pool.  Emily appears to have stepped way back but Des & Chris have lots of fun things to talk about and Sean & Catherine have camera presence.

As to JPG's latest tweet mention of NZK, the last blog missing piece was a paragraph thanking a teenage fan with cancer who during filming let him know that a proposal wasn't required at the ATFR.  NZK deleted that paragraph.  Was it because it would reveal that he was in touch with a fan or because it would reveal that a fan provided JPG with more information than production did?  Don't know what else was left out - could be positive or not.

Definitely agree that any lead makes more money by being promoted through the Bach franchise.

The blog on People was finally posted. My take away, he was respecting Nikki's dad by not proposing on the show, although I don't believe he would have proposed even without her dad's cautionary statement.  Honestly, if he's not 100% sure, he made the right choice. As she said, an engagement wouldn't keep them from breaking up if it's not meant to be.  Now everyone will pile on him for saying while thankful for the opportunity, his response to doing it again is h$&ll no.

He may not have done himself many favors with his "honesty" - but they didn't really care to make him appear any better than they did.  In the end, production got what it truly wanted, lots of buzz!

Des and even Sean said that they will never do it again, even though they are very thankful. At the UP interview,Des said if her friend asked her opinion about going to the shaw, she would say don't do it.

I'm not going to base anything on that article but will be interested to see how much stuff JP does and how he is with people. You know saying not to ask questions about the show means they will anyway.

1) He was on the Bach. Nobody knew or cared who he was before seeing him on the Bach.
2)People are fascinated with JP not telling Nikki ILY. He's getting a lot of mileage out of being non-committal.
3) As soon as they go their way,  JP will be yesterday's news.....and HE knows it.  It behooves him to keep Nikki hanging on.
4)There are always people who book infamous people. Controversy sells more than love.

IMO, JuanP should look at the bigger picture. Yes, he got screwed, so what? life goes on. I think JP and Nikki got a great chance to make it based on what I saw and see now. So, if they get engaged and get married, that 's a MF success story no matter how you cut it. And every time he looks at that gorgeous woman he has now, he will remember who made that happen. IMO he should just forget about what happened and enjoy the perks of being a bachelor.

It's been too long ago for me to trust my memory; Jason & Molly - didn't they pull away for a noticeable period of time? I know they returned, ended up having a televised wedding, however I thought that was a slow process. Does anyone recall the timeline?

Not sure that I agree that not being ready to commit to a proposal is the same as being non-commital.

TMZ has obtained the flier for Juan's upcoming club appearance at The Pool After Dark in Atlantic City on March 29th -- and NOWHERE on the flier does it mention "The Bachelor."

Looking at it, you'd think Enrique Iglesias canceled and the club was forced to hire a cheap replacement.

And it's no accident -- sources tell us, Juan specifically instructed the casino NOT to associate him with "The Bachelor" in any press releases or fliers.

And his ludicrous demands didn't end there -- we're told Juan agreed to a 15-person meet-and-greet on the condition no one asked about his reality show stint. Same rule goes for reporters looking for interviews.

Best part -- he's getting around $20,000.

Oh yeah, Nikki -- whom JP ultimately settled on by the end of the show -- will be there too. That is, if they're still together.

IMO Casandra would have being happy if JP let go of Renee at the same time or right after her bfr HTM. It's hard her for her to accept that JP had a stronger connection with Renee than her. Sour grapes.
