There are various clips and videos on YouTube- you can watch Molly walk down the aisle to Somewhere Over the Rainbow or watch some fan videos with clips from their season, etc.

I think the only place to find the entire episode of their wedding is on iTunes and Amazon. Look for it under Jake's season. I don't know of any site that has the entire wedding for free, though, sorry.
