IMO Kelly's comment was in retaliation for all those who compared her ring to her BFF Andi. I wonder how long Hunter will stick around.

to Molly with her response. There's a person who knows the meaning of backlash, and how to deal with it.

This couple IMO went through the worst ever post show. They continued on with their life, a lot of times in hiding. They made decisions for their future, dated long distance, got engaged in New Zealand where the famous FRC took place and now 6 yrs or so later received a well deserved Neil Lane ring.  She mentioned she is keeping her original engagement ring for her daughter.

She has a beautiful family, she is crafty, a great mom, she works, and is well liked. That IMO is the perfect 5 yr anniversary gift considering the back story.

Yeah, they always used to joke on their podcasts that Molly's ring was not Neil Lane, just a much less extravagant Jason ring, but she would really like one. I am surprised that Neil Lane didn't give her one initially, considering that their wedding was on air and they could have filmed the proposal. It's a lovely ring!

This is a two-fer.

Neil Lane was not the official Bachelor jeweler until after Jason's season, although he did design and gifted Molly and Jason various pieces of jewelry, in addition the wedding bands, something like two to three pairs of earrings, two to three bracelets, a couple necklaces, hair pins, cuff links and I think a tie pin for Jason, plus, duplicate of one piece that they auctioned off with proceeds going to Jason's non profit and a piece to give away a deserving client served by Jason's non profit. Jason and Molly's wedding special was different than Sean and Catherine in that it wasn't "live", was more structured and we saw more formal leading up to the wedding events.

Anyway, I remember during the podcast where they talked about Trista and Ryan's televised vow renewal where Trista received her Neil Lane engagement ring, Molly said Neil said he wanted her to have her Neil Lane engagement ring, too. And, so now she has it and it's stunning!

She looks good. I wonder if the pregnancy questions set her off.

On the last day of our 24-day challenge...thought I'd post some really embarrassing photos to show my progress  (I will note - no editing and no filter on the pics) 11lbs lost and feel amazing....I think I even slightly see some abs in there... Edit: I was only embarrassed because I posted a photo w/o a shirt on! I'm very proud of my body and the hard work I put into it! wink emoticon For those asking about the program - you eat every meal & snack throughout the day - never starving yourself, just eating super clean. When you buy the program you get supplements, vitamins, meal replacement shakes (if you want to use them - I did) and spark (the best energy drink ever!).

Every year closer to 40, it's harder and harder to lose weight and keep it off. And then you hit 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49... yikes ... so hard!

I do agree whole hardedly with your second paragraph. It gets even harder after menopause.
I just want to caution anyone who chooses to participate in any program like the above to seek out physician advice first, especially if you are over 40. These programs are not FDA approved and supplements and energy drinks are not often safe with other health issues.

I am going to add to this. If you have any kind of problems with Splenda or sucrolose this is also not a good idea for you. Splenda in many causes severe headaches or in my cases, excesses diarrhea. The 24 day challenge is palatable because of it's high content of sucrolose. Definitely, see your doctor before starting the 24 day challenge or any kind of restricted diet based mostly off supplements.

I think us "older" women are better off getting in shape the old fashioned ways. I can't speak for anyone else, but my body no longer reacts well to anything chemical or manufactured; I need to get close to the earth with my eating to feel good all day. And finding safe ways to keep my body moving have gotten more important than ever.

At least no one is looking at my stomach to see if I'm pregnant at my age; it doesn't have to be board flat for me to look decent.

Molly does look really good. I couldn't call her matronly after looking at those.

Like many of you, I gained weight in my 40's as the hormone changes began. I have never dieted...usually, just worked out to get back in better shape, but then those pesky hormones. I started using a free app on my phone called My Fitness Pal which basically has you track what you are eating. You give them your age, weight and they ask you how much you want to lose (or gain), and how much you want to lose per week. I picked the lowest option...1/2 lb...and they give you how many calories you should be consuming. If you exercise they give you those calories back, but, I was finding that was too much and I couldn't eat that much so I just stick to the regular amount of calories they allowed. I started losing right away and am now back to almost my ideal weight that I had during my 20's and 30's. It really wasn't hard, no drugs and no dieting. I was amazed.

So, I just listened to jason/Molly's podcast, and they said they knew who won because of reading blogs and other very good sources. That made it seem like their sources are saying the same thing as the blogs (which I'm assuming is referring to RS). Jason also made a comment about how when Becca told Chris that she was a virgin, he was probably hoping he had brought Britt instead of her. I don't know if he would say that if she was F1. I think I'm back on "Whitney is F1 train"!
