I haven't watched tonight's episode yet.. but I remember when Eric was first spoiled.. I really didn't think much of him. I thought maybe another kid from Utah blah blah blah. Then I watched the first two episodes and he easily became one of my favorites. He's such a handsome, beautiful soul and I just get sad while watching him knowing he's gone. He really is a remarkable person.

Eric sees what Andi is too blind to see. After being upset that JP wasn't taking their dates as serious as she took them, Andi essentially is doing the same to the guys.

It happens she has 25 guys to date, they have one woman. She has more options, and has sipped the MF Kool-Aid.

Glad Eric spoke his mind, glad he went back to doing what he loved. Life is short if there is anything we should learn from Eric is that life is too short to spend time doing b.s. that doesn't make sense to you.

No, nothing. I watched late last night. It just broke my heart again. What a remarkable young man. I think Andi completely overreacted and misunderstood what he was trying to convey. Even when he was trying to tell her how he felt, he was saying it in a kind, calm voice. I didn't think he was trying to put her on the spot or on the defense, he was just saying how he felt she was coming accross. You could instantly see her demeanor change and she became harsh. The little interview at the end with Chris and Andi was a complete waste of time. Instead of maybe saying sometime like "now that time has passed since that was filmed, maybe I should have....." She was unappologetic and made the conversation they had about her. It would have been nice instead to spend that last 10 minutes with some footage of Eric in his travels with a link to his site at the end. This last show was handled horribly, IMO.

Interesting. I know Chris Harrison threw in his website in his lame blog he writes. I had to force myself to read it.

I still think it's interesting that not that many people are following gowitheric on twitter. I haven't looked on Instagram (which seems to be still growing in social media impact).

I read one of CH's blogs this morning, and almost every comment was negative toward CH, Andi and the show and how they handled it. The majority all said they should have shown pictures of Eric or something. It was self-serving to have that discussion that really was no tribute to Eric at all. Andi's comment that (to the effect of) it's too bad Eric won't be at the Men Tell All?!?! Really? How about he won't ever fall in love, get married, have children, contribute more to society.

I agree with everything you said. The little put on last night was to redeem Andi, and had nothing to with Eric. Andi behaved badly on Juan Pablo show, and scored her own show and the likes of many. I wonder how many people like how Andi treated Eric, and her condescending demeaner last night? She did not shed one tear, nor send sympathy to Eric's family. Instead, she was cold and icy, yep, typical princes. Her daddy should be so proud of her.

Karen Tracy, Eric's sister who wrote the lovely article about him, wrote Reality Steve a very nice email about his handling of Eric's part in the show. It's in his column today. I'm on my tablet - not quite sure how to bring it over, but it's another nice read, although sad.
