I was reading in one of the numerous articles that is out about these two that their publicist had set up some photo opportunities with a photographer while they were in the Dominican Republic. The photos taken on the balcony were not spur of the moment or taken secretly from miles away. Nikki and Juan Pablo knew they were being photographed and were posing for the camera. Outside of the one that was released in the article, the others are going to be released on E! News on Monday. I don't think there's anything wrong with this. This is nothing that past couples from the show haven't done either, but this was not a case a Nikki and Juan Pablo being chased and hunted down by the paparazzi. They knowingly participated and posed for these photographs.

I know I would have wanted it! It's a beautiful ring. The People article did say that it was still hers if that's what they decide, but they would probably make him jump through hoops, which isn't going to happen. I think it said they would have to decide sooner rather than later.

Was that the dog Charity thing ? If so then there's another indication that he was seeking her out a lot.

ETA : Isobel - what did you mean when you said the photographer tweeted a picture of the valentines day shoot to JP last year ? As in 2013 ? or 2014?

If 2013 then my mind is completely blown lol.

Just realized that pic was taken during the charity dog photo shoot. As confirmed by Chelsea during her interview, JPG was already interested in Nikki starting week 2. I think this pic is during episode 2.

I would like to say thanks to all who keep us updated on our first real couple. Keep up the good work, it's so nice to read and see good things about them. They remind me so much of me and my guy lol ( he also say if I behave, hehe). I love the pictures of them...beautiful couple.

Poor Sanlee is probably still playing catch up! This thread will be easier to find for others if they aren't on here following regularly once others have been archived. Thanks for all the info and pics. The video JP made for Nikki is almost up to 1,000,000 hits. I'm wondering if they have to run all publicity through ABC outside of pics? There is alot of interest in a guy whom ABC basically tossed aside without a thought!

I do think Nikki is a great match for him. She's athletic, sassy, bright and just a lil doll(love her beautiful smile) but so mature. I think she has the ability to communicate with JP that will make him observe and listen (even under stress). If they survived this past 4 months while he was being dragged through the mud, their chances of a strong relationship are pretty good! I do think if Nikki is not feeling it at any time, she will say "thank you" but you aren't eternally for me! I really don't think Nikki suffers fools!
