I experimented with one of my photos. I could save a copy and give it a different name or number but the time stamp remained the same. It's possible the photographer edited the photos and saved them under a different number so he wouldn't get rid of the first one. I often save the original and edit a copy.

That makes sense. I just don't see some massive conspiracy to fool sleuthers here. I doubt the media care about time stamps. There is nothing in the actual photos that gives anything away.

Jason's season had the infamous change in Melissa's dress color also.  But imo the topic is the tampering of timestamps.

Time stamps can be doctored, and maybe just as easy or easier than putting a fake ring on a finger. A typical watcher would never have picked up that fake ring but the sleuthers did.  If they want to mess with the sleuthers for whatever reason, then it doesn't really matter what method they use.

ETA: I'm not saying they did, but I'm not closing the door to it either.

My opinion that they wouldn't and don't mess with timestamps. ABC media is primarily for the media and not indented to fool viewers and sleuths like the promo clips and SCs which I completely agree that they do.

My recall says yes .. But .. It was earlier in the season and not FRC related .. There was a way to research the photos that determined a lot of info about the shots in question .. And it was determined by a poster who had a lot of photo techy savvy that several pics were tampered with .. That poster is no longer around

I agree with you richmondrose. The time stamps and sequence should match if NOTHING has been mucked with. So this should be a huge clue that something is hokey with the ending and isn't a slam dunk for Nikki as some suspect.

The sequence makes perfect sense with the time stamps. As Hotmomma suggests, the non sequential numbers could be from different cameras.

It still doesn't make sense to me. The first order I posted is the same order as the ones released by medianet .... the thumbprint numbers.
I  can't see the photographer loading the first 4 of Clare from one camera and then switching to the second 3 of Nikki using the second camera and then going back and to load the last two of Clare from the first camera. Why go back and forth between cameras ? I don't care who he picks, but logically speaking, it just doesn't make sense to me.

Completely agree with the second bolded. Logically if there is something askew with the sequence of picture numbers/timestamps, then something is/could be hokey. I just think that this CAN'T be ignored.

Well, all we can do at this point is wait for it all to unfold on Monday night. But I don't see a big mystery here. What seems logical to me is one camera for Clare's photos, and another camera for Nikki's as shown by the time stamps. Two cameras, even two photographers?

Even with TWO cameras, look at the time stamps. Things are out of order and sequence. Shouldn't Clare be gone from the island before Nikki steps foot on the sand..that is logically speaking? AND shouldn't JP of walked Clare out. That is what usually happens, no matter how upset/angry the rejectee is.

I have no doubt that Clare arrives first and Nikki second. It is what happens after they arrive that I'm not sure of!
