Not at all. You may have forgotten, but the show was being sued and asked every time when there would be a 'minority' lead.

yeah...i know . TY atem. I guess they now can get rid the 'mandatory,'huh? I wish they would have cast a minority who was born and raised in US. (Roberto came to mind). Oh well.....what a weird season  :bigsigh: 

Did anyone think that Andi could have spoiled the nature of the ending a bit ? When she kept talking about JP not wanted a wife but just a date after the show ?

She said it with so much conviction. Anyway as she was talking I got to thinking that surely she knows the track record of this show and how many marriages it has actually produced ? So most male leads don't end their seasons with marriage so again, JP is more realistic and "honest" than most other leads.
Plus he has the added consideration of "his package" which BTW I found totally hilarious.
It would be way worse for him to make a mistake like Jason or get engaged for the show like Emily when a child is involved. The leads that don't have kids don't have the additional pressure and not many seem to be appreciating that. Andi sure isn't.

Yeah, they had to put in something 'happy'.

I saw a post here that Juan Pablo tweeted he couldn't wait for the 'soap opera' to be over. Weird, is a perfect description, but that's the usual to me for this series. The Bachelors usually suck to me.

If Andi is the next Bachelorette (my pick, Renee is engaged), if people thought DeAnna was self absorbed...

Well you're in luck because the tvguide description for the live finale/ATFR combo includes Chris and Des, plus another Sean and Catherine appearance.

If that's considered a spoiler, I'll remove it.

THIS came across to me as :

--they see JP and his F1 as the puppets..  
--they building hype for  whether YES/NO a proposal will take place
--Andi knew the outcome :he might pick up someone..with no proposal.
