RS tweeted that the new lead is already filming so apparently they're not waiting for the WTA to air.

That could explain why Clare was at the WTA. Could it be that she the next Bachelorette?

Also, Roberto was in NYC during the WTA taping. I still remember that to this day! Gosh that season was fun to sleuth.   

It sure was. The two sides could get along and disagree peaceably. How I long for those days again.

IMO we are doing pretty well this season but I could be wrong.

I haven't seen any pics of F1 (not sure about F2) during the WTA/MTA taping.  I've seen the F3 person there which confirms that they do leave at F3.  I don't recall seeing pics of Courtney at the WTA until ATFR.

We haven't seen any pics from the WTA now either.    Just before or after. Also I reckon Insta wasn't as popular back then as it is now.

The fact that they can all sit down and share a meal together is great.  :)  Goes to show how much the editing can create, or exaggerate, scenarios,( in the viewers minds), that are not really there.  Andi is not hiding ANYTHING on her instagram.  Interesting how this season the cast members seem to be more open, or at least are allowed to be, on social media than in the past.

No the sailboat has not been sleuthed. However, Litta did point out that to get to the area on the hilltop where JP and Clare were kissing they would have to use a sailboat.

I believe she identified it to be an island area not the mainland. Litta - CMIIW. So therefore that sailboat was dismissed as a possible second LCD. It was possibly used in the LCD we already have identified i.e. Clare's.

But the sailboat is just not enough evidence that Nikki got an LCD to me.

True however I doubt they'd be sailing and then hiking. I think it's probably another LCD since we already know what they're doing for the FDs. We should know more by end of the FD episode.

Well, for Chris/Des's date, they did the yacht/sailing then hiking for their picnic so anything is possible. I agree, we don't have another LCD right now so maybe there isn't one.
