Now I'm just gonna sit here and wait for pictures of the guys, and if they wanted to be sweaty and perhaps shirtless I wouldn't complain. Hugesmile

They are smart to save- not overspend their means. It's not only their house, but apparently Sean has made an investment (according to that interview with Jay). While money probably isn't super-tight it does show that they are paying attention to it.

(It is ironic about the rings, but then Sean didn't have to pay for them. They may, however, have to pay income tax on them!)

I am all for saving how ever you can, and I think her nails look fine as is. But doesn't Sean drive a Porsche? They could sell that and get a nice down payment in just a few weeks.
