Okay, now that I have seen the close up screen caps, I think it is Clare's LCD. I thought the SC where you can see the back of the girl (kissing)  looked just like Nikki's hair. There goes my possible theory as to why Clare was at WTA attending the functions with the girls.

i mean, onlookers and folks were convinced there was no way he is the F1, it was a sign of him being the next lead.

I have a couple of questions about the 'Fatty' Clare PIs. Were they shown during the NZ episode, and were they only referring to the ocean incident? Was Clare the only one that had this background for a PI or did JP have one also?

Mirzam, Andi has one, too. I believe I've seen one with Nikki as well, but I can't find it anymore...perhaps I never captured it because, at the time, I thought to be unimportant.

No, I knew or felt VERY strongly Chris was her F1. The blogs are always a strong indication of where the lead is at and this season is no different. For me, it's Nikki or no one. Even his blog indicates Nikki to me. He's been all about Nikki since their first 1-1. I just can't see Clare as his F1 unless Nikki backs away voluntarily. I do know she has concerns about why Andi left. We shall see!

It looks to me that it's the camera angle difference and not that Clare's "plump" (that cracks me up when she's tiny). I don't know about you all but I recently had some pics taken when we were at a formal occasion and one pic of me made me look thin and another at a slightly different angle made me look huge (may be exaggerating a little, lol, but you get the point).

I agree with this post.
Like Grace I do think we will see Clare having a conversation with JP that is not from during her date because that is what the promos suggested. I don't see anyones date being interrupted though - that episode description did not suggest it.

Just wanted to also add that the other girls Andi and Nikki also looked fuller in those PIs.

I mentioned this before. During HTD, do you think Clare got extension and a hair touch up? She has nothing else to do while she waits for him to arrive. Brooks got his hair cut last year on his HTD.

but then again on 2-days-event promo, we get to see her with the same exact look , as in all of the release pics of her HTD. I paid close attention to her "confrontation" scene with sister, at the end of HTD : no different than last epis, appearance-wise. JMHO

For me JP was a pleasant surprise! I can't believe how much I liked him as a person this season. He's witty, he's quick on his feet and he's all about being kind and honest. He struggles with those who can't handle honesty. LOL, he's definitely not Nikki's kind of honest. Then I can see a few ruffled feathers. LOL The girls can't accuse him of that...that's for sure! He did everything he could to prevent broken hearts. It may be hard to tell with the lack of conversation they have allowed us to see, but I've found him to be always on his feet regardless of how they have edited him at times. I can see through that.

Also, regarding Clare's fuller hair...she may have had hair extensions put in while she was at home on her HTD waiting for JP.

Actually, I think she wore them throughout. Since "everyone" is convinced this cap takes place in NZ (sorry, I'm teasing...I was on the wrong end of the debate the other day...I'm now convinced it is indeed NZ )...anyway, you can see Clare has full hair in NZ, but not so much on her HTD. It just goes back and forth with Clare...

I think they have shown deeper conversations between Nikki and Juan Pablo than with Clare. In Korea, JP asked Nikki how she felt about Camila, and Nikki replied that she had thought about it and wouldn't have come is she wasn't ready to accept a step daughter (paraphrasing). JP is also interested in her work, and then we have Nikki's question during the Miami date about how she would fit in with his family, and JP's reply about just being herself and she will fit in (again paraphrasing).

I don't remember any of those kinds of conversations with Clare, there was the VO during their 1 on 1 in LA saying he could see himself with Clare having a good life with Camila. Other than that, his comments seem to be how hot Clare is. For example, "She is sexy. She is hot. I'm helpless. I don't know what to do".

Not that he hasn't said Nikki is hot and sexy too. From epi 3 he says: "You have something that I like." "I like your vibe". "You are sexy." "I like your tattoo". And on the doggy date, he said in a VO over a shot of Nikki, "She's cute and sexy too."
