Ugh, I can't believe she is being attacked. That's awful!!

I dont think it has to do with who is a 'lovely' Christian or not, as much as it is about how much they choose to share with the fans.

Unfortunately that's what happens when you put yourself out there, along with the perks they enjoy I'm not sure if it bothers Cat as much, as I can't imagine her reading through all of the IG comments anyway (at least I hope). I hope they pull back a little now that the wedding and press is behind them.

No sense of humor at all about joking sarcasm..  Self rightous wannabe good Christians try volunteering in Kenya with underprivileged kids before being judgmental over a silly word!!!!!!

I think that gift is one of those sponsored gifts that Catherine needed to get out there in the public as a thank you so that in return that company gets free advertisement.  After all, she does have more than a half-million followers on IG!!! (just speculation of course about the gift being free   )

It is so sad that Cat is being attacked. I still think her comment on the WTA is her sense of humor refer to the pre- wedding night comments. Sean seemed to find it funny. The bitches package is in fun , I find it a cute idea!
( I think all the couples should have asked how their first time was , whether on show or after show) I can just imagine the answers ! LOL

Wow, I didn't realize poor Catherine was being attacked on social media.

I agree with motheroffive, I also cringed a bit when she said the quick fireworks comment. I think it just happened in the moment, because she was talking about how romantic it was and everything, and then Sean made the fireworks comment, so she added some humor. She probably added the humor because she was uncomfortable talking about her wedding night in front of a studio audience of strangers. I think Sean tweeted that his wife thought she was a comedian so people would know she was joking.

I think because they are Christian and have shared so much, that every single thing they do is going to be scrutinized. Hopefully it will not prevent them from being active on social media to the extent they have been.

I do so agree with you. I think they missed a lot of things of their rude comments . They need to see themselves in the mirror what they are doing . To me this type of rude comments that coming from them they look more the non Christian people . As they said sometimes morons are everywhere and seriously! I am so done with these negative people out there thinking they are these so perfect people  lol .I think the lowes popularity and being well loved by many especially the youth that makes them really judge so easily and taking all things seriously whatever they say and the media is really has something to do with it by making stupid headlines on whatever they are saying and totally they are joking and making like a big deal. We also have to think that the tabs and gossip blogs love the lowes and some people are acting just like them and sending rude comments with them . I guess we can't push them to be fully happy with the lowes.  They are always  have issues as always. They are already in dallas living there but people still talking about them . Hahaha. Why not move on to the new reigning pair. There is special event coming up to both of them anyway :)

I agree with you re: Christians. I'm a Christian but sometimes I feel embarrassed to talk about my faith 'cause of some judgmental Christians condemning people in the name of God. I'm glad for Catherine that Sean and his family "get" her and vice versa. Sean says many times, he knows her heart. The WTA was taped on the 21st, on 23rd he tweeted : "..there is only 1..and she's mine". Cat has to have thick skin by now so I'm sure she will be fine.
Over the months, the only time that the comments got to her was "black face" IG. A lot of people love her because of her child-like personality, she gets excited if she finds something interesting to share with her "fans" and I think that what she did that day, "selective...filter", and then " look what I can do" and then people called her racist.. Catherine is more "black" than many black people I know. She likes hip hop, raps.., even "black" music in her wedding. People went on her IG's dancing in the car and told her to go back to Seattle with your black rapper friends, and the same ones now told her about racism? She had to take that IG down because it must have hurt, a lot. She's an artist, so pictures or paintings are not the same with painting "black face" and making fun of people on stage.

I am a Christian who is very out spoken I have just not been on the forum due to the death of my sister but I just do not want people to paint all Christian paint with the same brush.  I love Sean and Catherine very much and I understand their sense of humor.  It is a shame that people are attacking Catherine.  I am sure people attacking her are not Christian because as a Christian The Word of God tells me "Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven". I am sorry that Catherine is going though all this.  I will be praying for her and I pray that she will never be discouraged by people who are judging her and yet they are not even half a Christian as Catherine.  One thing I know is you can never pull a blessed woman down, do not worry Catherine, the blessing of God is upon you.  Everyone should keep in mind that we fall down but we get up.  I love Catherine and Sean so much and they are blessed, no other couple from The bachelor can ever come close to them.
