About the latest Clare video, while in the helicopter Clare might have been talking excitingly about meeting his family and being the first (remember her talking about that in the limo in Miami on the way to the hotel)
And he honestly tells her she isn't.  Remember her once saying ... First 1-1, first date rose, first kiss.  First matters to her.  More foreshadowing richmondrose ?
