Lipsis, no one could have expressed that beautiful sentiment any better. We are a cohesive, strong, sometimes argumentative little family. I'm shocked at how much all of you mean to me and love that we can share this extraordinary love story together.

Just a short little something about her dress.

First Look: Bachelor Bride Finds Gown

She had the groom, the ring and the wedding date. All Catherine Giudici needed was a dress. The graphic designer — who met her fiancé, Sean Lowe, on Season 17 of The Bachelor and will marry him live on ABC on Jan. 26 — recently hit a Los Angeles bridal salon.

"I wanted something timeless but that also had sex appeal," Catherine says. (She was joined by Sean's mom, Sherry Lowe, and her mom, Cynthia Giudici.)

Mission accomplished! "I felt something different with the third dress I tried — really comfortable and confident, and the grin on my face made it an easy choice," she says. Best of all? "I didn't see any price tags!"

I like this pic too a lot. It is a Beautiful Time to have mothers around to particpate in such a Special Occasion.

I'm sure Catherine talks to her mom all the time and is keeping her in the loop about all the wedding plans but I'm sure they miss the sharing and bonding that mothers and daughters experience when they plan the daughters wedding together. Mindy Weiss (or whoever) and abc cameras just aren't the same. Then again, Cynthia's checkbook is probably very happy.

I really loved Catherine's quote that a wonderful part of dress shopping was not seeing a price tag. What freedom! And I'm sure that Cynthia is kept in the loop as much as possible. And this is wonderful for everyone involved's pocketbook.
