Way to Cali, and mentions all the names that will be there. We will soon find out. If they are all there I hope we get pictures. I'm a 2 hr drive if I knew for sure that Brooks and Drew were there I would have gone.

I went to Drew's thread and a poster mentioned that Drew was also going to this event as well as the Texas one. There are pics of it, if you just put @drewkenney in twitter search.

Graham Bunn is going too!

Des seemed very Christian around Sean. On her season she kind of shared interest with most of the guys. In the pre-MTA talk with Emily and Ali, she kind of got the mean girl thing and played it up on the MTA. Now she is more and more like Chris everyday.

I don't think Brooks would have been happy with someone like that. To me he would want a partner as interesting as he is.

Ugh I hated the MTA meeting with Ali, Emily and Ashley. Ashley actually I didn't have an issue with since she was one who actually MARRIED her guy so would be a good source of advice, but the other two media whores who made sure to do all the talking was the last people needed to influence Des. And you are right, she did pick up that mean girl personality a bit during MTA which I don't think is her true normal personality at all. I do get the vibe to that Brooks isn't done exploring the world and who knows may never be and when he realized that Des may not be interested in that constant spontaneity, he drew back and ultimately bowed out. As much as it sucked to watch for a Bres fan like myself, I completely applaud him for keeping it real and not trying to "win" just for the thrill of it. It takes character and guts to do that knowing backlash and judgment could come your way. I'm still pissed at how some reacted towards him as if being honest was the worst thing a person could ever do to another.

I loved Brooks and thought he and Des were fun, but I was great with him deciding to leave. I thought it took a lot of character.

I love Brooks more and more after the show, he is a great guy and I truly think Des would have been a terrible fit with him.

Chris and Des are a great fit.
