Wow so interesting. I just googled Hawaii time and it would be five hours ahead of east coast, which would make it three o'clock for the live wedding, or four o'clock if the first hour is prewedding stuff. Good theory lipsis.
Is it 5 or 6? I could swear it was 3 hours between California. Maybe it's a daylight savings time thing?

Nevertheless, I thought the pic from Mindy was interesting last week and I even commented on it to someone but sort of put it aside. With the new wedding info, it holds a wee bit more intrigue.
Where can I see the pic Mindy posted? Was it on twitter?

Well this is what I found about the time difference. They don't observe daylight savings time.

What is the time difference between east coast and Hawaii?

Since Hawaii does not observe daylight saving time the difference is either 5 hours OR 6 hours. From mid March to early November the east coat is 6 hours ahead...the rest of the year it is 5.

Hawaii is 3 hours behind during daylight savings time and 2 hours behind when not. I believe we go off of daylight savings time around November which would make Hawaii 2 hours behind (Pacific Time) in January.

Well it might be concerning Sean and Catherine lol.

I wonder when they will tell us where the wedding will be? I have a feeling they won't tell us this for a while. Look how long they made us wait for the date of the wedding lol.

It's 4:24 p.m.

But supposedly Hawaii changes after November, so then there would only be a five hour difference.

What time does the bridal Fashion Show go live on air this evening? I am looking forward to some good pics from their GMA appearance this morning and the show as well.

Yes, you're right. Hawaii time never changes, the time difference between us and the mainland changes so in January, we'll be 2 hours behind California instead of 3.

The red carpet and Gala starts at 7:30 eastern. I think there's a fashion show going on now. I'm mobile and won't be able to catch the first half hour. Hope someone from our little family here can catch it.
